“Whatever you are physically...male or female, strong or weak, ill or healthy--all those things matter less than what your heart contains. If you have the soul of a warrior, you are a warrior. All those other things, they are the glass that contains the lamp, but you are the light inside.”
― Cassandra Clare, Clockwork Angel[/i]
The words of Cassandra Clare from her novel, Clockwork Angel, gives you a whole new insight on what a warrior is. True, raising up above everyone else in a battle, when everyone in that battle are the best one could send forth, makes you one of the best. But do you have the heart? Do you have the passion? Do you have the ecstasy to allow yourself to move forward and reign supreme henceforth? That's the question. That's the question that the whole MPW Nation is asking themselves and each other. Can Trey Baxter retain and keep his beloved crown?

The scene fades up on a mysterious man wearing a black hoodie walking down a flight of stairs. The lighting is dark. You can barely see the man himself.
He moves with a stiff, tall stature down a hallway. The hallway has it's emergency lights on, maybe there was a power outage. We see the man walk through a doorway that is blinded by a curtain. We move through the curtain to find it is the entrance to the stage of TNT, which is already being set up for later this week.
We can't find the man. The camera pans around the arena. No one. Until the second time around, the man is in the ring. We move closer as we see the man has his head up and is looking right at the camera.
Brandon: Trey Baxter. The time is coming. The countdown is almost at it's unfortunate end. The winds of time are working against you... And with me. Soon, you will realize that what you will see this coming week on this very show, in this very arena, is a nightmare. You say I shoot for the stars, I ask for more than I can handle. This may be true, but in the end, it's the one who keeps fighting back who wins the big one. The soul and heart of a warrior is the biggest adversary anyone could ever come in contact with. You, my very unfortunate friend, are no warrior. You may say you are. You may even believe you are. But no one with your heart could ever be a warrior. Your accomplishments reign true that you may be one of the best. Your skill set may show that you are one of the best. But, if you continue your rejection of opponents and contests... You are proving that you are not any warrior. Of course, you are going to fight me. You are going to put your crown on the line. But you also prolong this rejection of facing me. You don't want to. I can see it in your eyes. This has become a burden to you. And you try to push it away by saying it will be a walk in the park for you. No. This will be more than what you think it'll be. You can't grasp that. 2 days, 16 hours, and 20 minutes from now... You will understand why your title is in danger,
Brandon sits down in the center of the ring, cross-legged.
Brandon: I've said this a number of times, but there's a reason why the call me "The Hardcore Icon". It's not because I took on a battle that left me broken but then was defeated but left broken and still walked out of the arena... but never tried again. It's because of my will and certainty to come back and be better than ever. You've mentioned that. I want to be the best. I want to prove that I can fight with the kings and queens of this business. My will to win is more than just any youngblood who walks through that curtain and into this ring. It is the greatest and most awesome image you could ever face. You want to know why I can make this a nightmare for you, Trey? It's because I get to know my opponents. I know you all the same, maybe better than I know any of my opponents here in the MPW. It's because I'm very good a reading people. Your essence you let off. You're angry. You're not satisfied with anything or anybody. This Thursday, you will watch and see your weaknesses used against you.
I'm not saying I will win the championship. I may not even want it, for that matter. But, I will make you suffer. You will leave this arena a broken man. Useless, and unwanted. Because let's face it, anyone winning this crown is just a shot in the dark. Maybe it's my turn.
He stands. He looks to the titantron and there is a countdown clock on it, reading... 2 days, 16 hours, 14 minutes and 37 seconds, 36...35...34...33...32...31...
