Hero by Skillet hits as the fans boo knowing that the one and only Johnny Clash is about to make his entrance. Johnny slowly walks to the stage and loosens up his shoulders. He cracks his neck and smiles at the fans. He begins walking and spins around facing backwards as a pyro explodes and gold sparks rain down . Johnny walks through the sparks and hops up on to the Apron. He leaps over the top and heads to the top rope. He looks out to the fans and smirks at them. He jumps down and awaits his opponent while laying down on the top rope
Freddy Class: And his opponent.....hailing from Chicago, Illinois and weighing in at 220 pounds he is the MPW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION.........he is..............TREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYYY BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXXXXXXTTTTTTTTEEEEEERRRRRRRR!!!!
“Guerrilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine hits as the lights begin to flicker. There is a huge pop from the crowd as Trey Baxter steps out onto the top of the ramp. Trey stands there at the top of the ramp wearing his wrestling tights and a black "Lights Out" shirt and has his MPW World Heavyweight Title slung over his right shoulder. Trey slowly struts down the ramp as he has a huge smile on his face. As he gets into the ring he climbs up onto the second turnbuckle and raises his title high up in the air which receives another loud pop. He jumps down and goes to the opposite corner where he does the same thing. Trey then jumps off the corner as the lights in the arena turn on and the music fades out.
Thomas Simon: This one is it......this match is finally going to happen.....Clash versus Baxter........one on one........I have goosebumps Bobo!
Bob Herman: You too? Good I thought I was stroking out for a minute......
Thomas Simon: Why me Lord? Let's get to it!
DING! DING!
The opening bell sounds as Clash and Baxter circle Each other a few times and the Las Vegas crowd is on their feet in anticipation. Clash and Baxter slowly advance toward each other before locking up. They struggle back and forth for a few seconds before Clash applies a headlock to Baxter. He wrenches away at the head of the champion, as Baxter starts driving elbows into the side of Clash. He shoves him into the ropes as he comes off of them into a shoulder block but neither man goes down. They shoot each other a glare before Clash shoots off the ropes again. Baxter sidesteps, sending Clash to the opposite side as He comes off them into a hip toss attempt but lands on his feet. He then swings around and attempts to hip toss Baxter but he blocks it. Baxter goes for a short arm clothesline but Clash ducks. He hits Baxter with a sitout jawbreaker! Clash rolls backwards and attempts a spinning wheel kick but Baxter ducks!
Thomas Simon: Baxter has Clash so well scouted; knowing that spinning wheel kick was coming up directly after the Jawbreaker!
Clash then runs off the ropes into a tilt-a-whirl but He lands on His feet! He goes for a right as Baxter ducks underneath it and Clash shoots off the ropes as Baxter catches him with a snap powerslam! He hooks the leg of Clash! 1... 2... Clash kicks out.
Bob Herman: First cover of the match-up and my main man Johnny Clash with the kick out!
Baxter then grabs Clash in a headlock. He tightens his grip around the head of Clash drives a few forearms into the kidney area of Baxter. He shoves him into the ropes as he comes off them right into a drop toe hold by Clash as Baxter lands throat first across the middle ring rope. He stays on the ropes as Clash then runs off the opposite set, running toward Baxter across the ropes for a running dropkick but Baxter rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope as Clash stops in his tracks.
Thomas Simon: Baxter once again has Clash well scouted...I'm sure that just will add to frustration throughout this contest.
Baxter is on the outside as Clash runs over and pulls back on the top ring rope. He leaps over the top rope but lands on His feet on the apron, faking Baxter out! But Baxter grabs Clash by the ankles and yanks his legs out from under him as he lands hard back first on the ring apron. Baxter drives a few elbows into the throat of Clash before pulling Him off the apron. He rolls him into the ring before rolling Himself back in. Clash gets to his feet clutching at his throat as Baxter runs toward him and hits an arm trap swinging neckbreaker! He gets to his feet and backs into the corner motioning for Clash to get up as he does and Baxter runs toward him but Clash sidesteps and sends Baxter into the corner as he hits the buckles chest first and staggers back as Clash drops to his back, swinging his legs up under Baxter's arms and rolling him backwards into a pinning position in one fluid motion! 1... 2... Baxter kicks out! Baxter springs to his feet as Clash runs toward Him and Baxter catches him by hoisting him up onto his shoulders in a death valley driver position! He goes to drop Clash into the knee to the face but Clash catches his leg and hits a dragon screw leg whip in mid air taking Baxter down to the mat! Baxter springs up as Clash starts unloading hard forearms to his head.
Bob Herman: And just as well scouted as Baxter has Clash, it appears Clash has studied Baxter as well!
Clash goes for another forearm but Baxter ducks underneath it, slipping under Clash's arm and hitting a DDT!!! He covers Clash! 1.... 2... Clash with the shoulder up. Baxter then gets to his feet and drops a few quick knees to the head of Clash. He then picks him up and backs him into the ropes with some vicious knife edge chops. He grabs Clash by the wrist and whips him to the other side as Clash comes off the ropes and Baxter ducks for a backdrop but Clash catches him, grabbing him by the head and hitting a sickening CRADLE DDT! Clash covers Him! 1... 2... Baxter kicks out. They both spring up to their feet as Clash runs toward Baxter and Tilt-a-whirls but Baxter reverses into a TILT-A-WHIRL BACKBREAKER! Clash rolls around on the canvas clutching at the small of his back as Baxter picks him up off the mat quickly and sets him up for a suplex, lifting him but instead dropping him face first to the canvas with a SITOUT SUPLEX SLAM! He covers Clash! 1.. 2.. Clash with the kick out. Baxter then gets to his feet and picks him up. He backs him into the ropes and sends him to the other side. Clash comes off the ropes as Baxter goes for a right but Clash ducks underneath it, rebounding off the opposite set of ropes straight into a back heel kick by Baxter! Baxter covers Clash again! 1... 2.. Clash with the shoulder up. Baxter then gets up and climbs onto the outside apron. He climbs the buckles and perches himself on the top turnbuckle.
Thomas Simon: Baxter could be looking for that Randy Savage Flying elbow drop!
He stands straight up and dives off connecting with sickening impact straight into the chest of Johnny Clash!! Clash rolls around the ring clutching his chest as Baxter gets to his feet. Trey goes over to grab Clash but Clash grabs Baxter's arm and wraps His legs around Baxter's head locking in the triangle choke as Baxter begins to frantically kick his legs out and sway his arm around! Baxter rolls to his side as he manages to break out of the hold and rolls out of the ring onto the outside, dropping to his knees and clutching at his throat.
Bob Herman: Baxter escapes a triangle choke! Baxter cheated his way out!
Thomas Simon: What? How can you?......argh nevermind!
Baxter gets to His feet on the outside as Clash runs toward the ropes and SUICIDE DIVES THROUGH THE MIDDLE ROPE ONTO AN AWAITING BAXTER!!!! Clash wastes no time and he follows it up with a few mounted forearms directly to the face of Baxter. He then picks him up and rolls him into the ring. Clash hoists himself up onto the apron and pulls back on the top rope, leaping over hitting a slingshot elbow drop to the throat of Baxter! He then covers him! 1.. 2.. Baxter gets the boot on the ropes. Clash gets to his feet and motions for Baxter to get up. He does as Clash runs toward him, Tilt-a-whirling straight into a Russian leg sweep! He covers Baxter yet again! 1... 2.. Baxter with the kick out. Clash then picks Him up and grabs him by the wrist, whipping him into the corner as he hits the buckles back first with authority. Clash runs in with a head of steam but Baxter gets the boot up as Clash runs right into it! Clash staggers back clutching at His jaw as Baxter hoists himself up on the middle turnbuckle. Clash turns as Baxter dives off the buckles connecting with a flying clothesline! He goes for a quick cover! 1... 2.. Clash with the shoulder up. Baxter then gets up as Clash starts to stir. Baxter starts laying swift kicks in the chest of Clash. He picks him up and grabs him by the wrist, whipping him into the corner as Clash hits the buckles with authority. Baxter then goes to the opposite corner before running toward Clash and hitting the running knee square into the jaw of Clash giving off a sickening smack that resonates through the events center! Baxter then grabs Clash around the head and attempts to follow it up with a running Bulldog out of the corner but as he is halfway Clash shoves Baxter into the opposite corner as Trey hits the buckles chest first and staggers backwards right into Clash who grabs him around the waist and folds him up with a sickening bridging German suplex! 1.... 2... Baxter kicks out!
Thomas Simon: That was a nasty German Suplex from Clash!
Clash then springs to his feet. He picks up Baxter but Baxter fights him off with hard forearm shots to the face. Clash staggers back before running toward Baxter but Baxter hoists him up onto his shoulders attempting a GTS yet again! Clash starts driving hard elbows into the side of Baxter's head as Baxter drops him on his feet. Clash then kicks Baxter in the mid-section and shoves His head between his legs. He motions for the Bloodline but Baxter grabs Clash's legs taking him down and quickly attempts an Anaconda Vice but Clash rolls out of the ring quickly underneath the bottom rope as the crowd boos.
Bob Herman: That's my man! Always one step ahead!!
Clash turns back to the ring as Baxter runs toward Him and nails him with a suicide dive through the ropes. Like Clash Baxter wastes no time as he follows it up with several vicious MMA elbows to the chest of Clash. He then picks him up but Clash fights him off with some European uppercuts. He then grabs a hold of Baxter's wrist and whips him toward the steel steps but Baxter leaps over them. Baxter then turns and runs back, jumping up and diving off the steel steps but Clash sees this and nails him in mid air with a sickening Super Kick!!!!!
Thomas Simon: OH MY GAWD!! Clash catches Baxter in mid-air with the Superkick!
Bob Herman: It's almost as if these two know what Each other's next move is gonna be, Tommy Boy!
Clash taunts the fans as Baxter grabs the ring apron trying to get back to his feet. Clash brings his attention back to Baxter and he goes to pick up Baxter but Baxter hits a few forearms into the chiselled mid-section of the challenger. He then rolls him into the ring. Baxter hoists himself up onto the apron as Clash gets up inside the ring. Baxter pulls back on the top ring rope and leaps up then springboards off nailing a beautiful flying clothesline! He covers him! 1... 2... Clash with the shoulder up. Baxter then gets up and motions for Clash to get to his feet. He does as Baxter attempts a clothesline but Clash ducks underneath it. Baxter turns as Clash hits him with a spinning wheel kick! He makes a quick cover on Baxter. 1... 2... kick out. Clash and Baxter both get to their feet. Clash runs toward him and leaps nailing a flying neckbreaker! He then grab Baxter's legs and turns him over applying the ATOMICA! Clash leans back as Baxter screams in pain, pushing off the mat with his palms.
Thomas Simon: THE ATOMICA!!!! THIS IS IT!!!
Baxter then reaches out and hooks his arm under the bottom rope as the official starts yelling for Clash to break the hold. Clash leans back even farther applying more pressure as the ref starts His count! 1... 2... 3... 4... Clash finally releases as he raises both arms into the air.
Bob Herman: Utilizing every single second of that 5 count, Tommy Boy! That's a very smart move on the part of the Clash... Reasons just like those are WHY he is going to win the World title!!
Baxter uses the ring ropes to slowly pull himself up as Clash grabs him by the head and pulls him away from the ropes hitting him with a quick snap suplex! He keeps it held in and rolls over, lifting Baxter up and hitting a second snap suplex! He keeps the hold on a third time and rolls through, picking up Baxter yet again and attempting a THIRD Snap suplex and nails it!!! Clash springs to his feet and pays homage to the late Eddie Guerrero by pointing to the sky.
Thomas Simon: Shades of a legend....just listen to this crowd........
Crowd: EDDIE! EDDIE! EDDIE!
Clash goes over and helps Baxter up by clutching his head but Baxter quickly rolls up Clash into an inside cradle! 1.... 2... Clash kicks out. They both spring to their feet as Baxter sends Clash down with a clothesline! Baxter picks Him up and knees him in the gut before double underhooking both arms of the challenger and hitting a LIGHTS OUT!!! He covers Clash yet again!
Thomas Simon: LIGHTS OUT! THIS IS IT!! Baxter with the pin.....1........2.........3!!!! We have a
Bob Herman: NO CLASH KICKED OUT!!! YES!!!
Thomas Simon: What? How in the???
The crowd and Trey are in absolute shock as Baxter shakes it off and picks him up and grabs him by the wrist, whipping him into the corner as Clash hits the buckles hard back first. Baxter then runs in connecting with a flying knee! He grabs Him by the head and runs out of the corner plating him headfirst into the canvas with a running bulldog! He turns him over and hooks the leg! 1... 2.. Clash kicks out again!
Thomas Simon: Clash is showing his true resilience here tonight!!
Baxter then gets to his feet yet again. He picks up Clash and kicks him in the gut. He then sets him up for a suplex, lifting him up but inside crotches him on the top turnbuckle. Trey springs back to his feet and turns then is met with a kick to the gut as Clash lifts Trey up with his arms out and flips him back down with a BLOODLINE!!!
Bob Herman: BLOODLINE! NOW TOMMY BOY THIS IS IT! PIN HIM MY MAN! WIN THAT TITLE HERE IT IS........1..............2.............3!!!!!!
Thomas Simon: Not so fast Bobo! The champ has kicked out!
Clash has a sheer look of disbelief on his face as Trey is grabbing to clutch the bottom rope. Clash gets to his feet and motions for another Bloodline! Baxter gets up as Clash kicks Him in the gut. He shoves His head between his legs but Baxter swings out of it. He catches Clash with a kick to the gut and shoves His head between his legs, and lifts him up then nails Clash with a BLOODLINE!!!!
Bob Herman: WHAT NO!!! THAT'S CHEATING!
Thomas Simon: HOLY SHIT!! TREY HIT JOHNNY WITH HIS OWN MOVE!!! HERE'S THE COVER......ONE.......TWO.........THR............CLASH KICKED OUT!! WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!
The crowd is in total shock as they begin to chant.
Crowd: THIS IS AWESOME! THIS IS AWESOME!
Back in the ring Baxter then gets up as ge motions for Clash to get to his feet, smirking as He prepares for yet another Lights out attempt. Clash gets up and shocks Baxter by sprinting at him with a supreme burst of speed and leaps over Baxter then nails a running Canadian destroyer!!!
Thomas Simon: JESUS CHRIST!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE I JUST WITNESSED THAT!! Both men are out seemingly........
Bob Herman: Wait.....Clash is making a pin attempt..........one..............two.............
Thomas Simon: BAXTER KICKS OUT! HOW WILL THIS MATCH END?!?!
Clash smacks the canvas in frustration as He shows the referee 3 fingers and the ref retorts by flashing 2. Clash gets up and backs into the corner. He hoists himself up on the buckles as Baxter gets up and Clash dives off hitting a hurricanrana into a pinning combo! 1... 2... Baxter counters and rolls through into a pinning position on Johnny! 1... 2.. Clash kicks out! They both leap up as Baxter goes for a roundhouse but Clash ducks underneath it! He hoists Baxter up and hits a sickening sitout belly to back facebuster!!! He hooks Baxter's leg! 1... 2... Baxter with the shoulder up. Clash then gets to his feet and picks up Baxter. Baxter comes out of nowhere hoisting Clash up onto His shoulders and hitting an absolutely devastating GO TO SLEEP!
Thomas Simon: A GO TO SLEEP OUT OF NOWHERE!!!
1...... 2...... CLASH KICKS OUT!

Baxter now shoots the official a glare before arguing with him. Baxter then grabs Clash quickly locking in the ANACONDA VICE! The Vice is locked in as Trey pulls back with all of his strength as Clash is refusing to tap out! Clash then manages to somehow roll over on top of Baxter as His shoulders are touching the canvas and the official counts! 1.... 2... Baxter releases the Vice and kicks out! Baxter springs up and lunges at Clash but Clash grabs him nailing him with a code breaker but Clash holds on and turns it into a triangle choke!!!! Clash yells for Baxter to tap as Baxter stretches his leg out and touches the bottom rope with it as the referee starts to count for Clash to break the hold! 1... 2... 3... 4... Clash releases.
Thomas Simon: And Johnny Clash once again utilizing EVERY single split second of that 5 count before getting disqualified!
Clash then gets to his feet. He lifts up Baxter and sets him up for a suplex, instead crouching Him on the top rope. Clash then climbs up, driving quick forearms into the face of the Challenger before setting Him up for a suplex. Clash glances around before HITTING THE SUPERPLEX AS THEY BOTH CRASH TO THE CANVAS! Clash floats over into a cover! 1... 2... Baxter with the kick out. Clash gets to his feet and picks up Baxter, shoving his head between his legs and motioning for the Bloodline again! But Baxter backdrops him out of it! Clash springs up clutching at His back as Baxter catches Him with a kick to the mid-section and hits him with the pump handle reverse pile driver!!! He covers Clash! 1.... 2.... Shoulder up!
Thomas Simon: These two AMAZING athletes are leaving it ALL in the ring here tonight!
Baxter then drives a few MMA elbows into the chest of Clash. Clash doubles over and Baxter quickly underhooks the arms nails the LIGHTS OUT!!! He hooks the leg of the challenger as the official dives to the canvas to make the count! 1..... 2.... Out of nowhere Jason Xavier runs down to the ring and puts Clash's leg on the bottom rope as the crowd boo's at the tops of their lungs!
Thomas Simon: DAMNIT! XAVIER putting Clash's boot on the bottom rope!
Jason turns His back to the ring as Baxter promptly stands to his feet and walks over, reaching through the ropes and grabbing Xavuer. He drags him through the ropes into the ring as the crowd is going insane and Baxter quickly turns him around and nails the LIGHTS OUT! On Xavier!
Thomas Simon: It's Lights Out for Jason X!!!
Xavier rolls out of the ring as Baxter then reaches down and slips his kneepad down onto His shin. He puts the palms of his hands together and puts them up against the side of His face as if resting on a pillow, signalling once again for another Lights Out! Clash gets to his feet as Baxter goes to kick Clash but its reversed as Clash grabs the leg and whips it around spinning the champ then greeting him with a kick to the gut and a snap swinging neckbreaker! He covers Baxter! 1.... 2... BAXTER WITH THE SHOULDER UP! Clash gets to His feet and collapses up against the ring ropes in exhaustion. Baxter slowly gets up as Clash kicks Him in the gut. He shoves His head between his legs and once again goes for another BLOODLINE but Baxter SWINGS OUT OF IT INTO THE ANACONDA VICE TAKING CLASH DOWN TO THE CANVAS! Baxter yells at the top of His lungs as Clash kicks His legs wildly trying to flail out of the hold!
Thomas Simon: JOHNNY'S GONNA TAP! HE'S GOTTA TAP HERE!!
Baxter leans back farther and farther pulling back applying more pressure as Clash screams in pain. All of a sudden... DING DING DING! The bell sounds as the crowd goes absolutely insane!
Thomas Simon: CLASH SUBMITS! CLASH SUBMITS TO THE ANACONDA VICE!
Bob Herman: NO WAY I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!
The crowd is going wild as the official starts to look around in confusion. Baxter stays on his knees, releasing the Anaconda Vice as he tells the ref to go get his Title. The ref just glances at Baxter and at the Time keepers table in complete confusion.
Bob Herman: Wait a minute Tommy Boy....... There seems to be some confusion going on...
The official climbs out of the ring and walks over to the Time keepers table in confusion as the Time keeper begins explaining something to Him.
Thomas Simon: The official talking to the Time keeper right next to us... What the hell is going on!?
Bob Herman: What happened?!
The referee nods and then turns, slipping back into the ring as He begins to explain something to Baxter. On the outside, the timekeeper is telling Freddy Class something as he nods and raises the mic up to his mouth.
Freddy Class: Ladies and Gentlemen, I have just been informed by the official Time keeper... That the 90 minute Time limit has EXPIRED! Therefore, STILLLLL MPW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION TREEEEEEEEYYYYYYYY BAXXXXXXXXXXXTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEERRRR!!
Bob Herman: Wait........so.........no finish? Who won?
Thomas Simon: These two gladiators fought to a draw Bobo.....

Baxter then grabs Clash in a headlock. He tightens his grip around the head of Clash drives a few forearms into the kidney area of Baxter. He shoves him into the ropes as he comes off them right into a drop toe hold by Clash as Baxter lands throat first across the middle ring rope. He stays on the ropes as Clash then runs off the opposite set, running toward Baxter across the ropes for a running dropkick but Baxter rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope as Clash stops in his tracks.
Thomas Simon: Baxter once again has Clash well scouted...I'm sure that just will add to frustration throughout this contest.
Baxter is on the outside as Clash runs over and pulls back on the top ring rope. He leaps over the top rope but lands on His feet on the apron, faking Baxter out! But Baxter grabs Clash by the ankles and yanks his legs out from under him as he lands hard back first on the ring apron. Baxter drives a few elbows into the throat of Clash before pulling Him off the apron. He rolls him into the ring before rolling Himself back in. Clash gets to his feet clutching at his throat as Baxter runs toward him and hits an arm trap swinging neckbreaker! He gets to his feet and backs into the corner motioning for Clash to get up as he does and Baxter runs toward him but Clash sidesteps and sends Baxter into the corner as he hits the buckles chest first and staggers back as Clash drops to his back, swinging his legs up under Baxter's arms and rolling him backwards into a pinning position in one fluid motion! 1... 2... Baxter kicks out! Baxter springs to his feet as Clash runs toward Him and Baxter catches him by hoisting him up onto his shoulders in a death valley driver position! He goes to drop Clash into the knee to the face but Clash catches his leg and hits a dragon screw leg whip in mid air taking Baxter down to the mat! Baxter springs up as Clash starts unloading hard forearms to his head.
Bob Herman: And just as well scouted as Baxter has Clash, it appears Clash has studied Baxter as well!
Clash goes for another forearm but Baxter ducks underneath it, slipping under Clash's arm and hitting a DDT!!! He covers Clash! 1.... 2... Clash with the shoulder up. Baxter then gets to his feet and drops a few quick knees to the head of Clash. He then picks him up and backs him into the ropes with some vicious knife edge chops. He grabs Clash by the wrist and whips him to the other side as Clash comes off the ropes and Baxter ducks for a backdrop but Clash catches him, grabbing him by the head and hitting a sickening CRADLE DDT! Clash covers Him! 1... 2... Baxter kicks out. They both spring up to their feet as Clash runs toward Baxter and Tilt-a-whirls but Baxter reverses into a TILT-A-WHIRL BACKBREAKER! Clash rolls around on the canvas clutching at the small of his back as Baxter picks him up off the mat quickly and sets him up for a suplex, lifting him but instead dropping him face first to the canvas with a SITOUT SUPLEX SLAM! He covers Clash! 1.. 2.. Clash with the kick out. Baxter then gets to his feet and picks him up. He backs him into the ropes and sends him to the other side. Clash comes off the ropes as Baxter goes for a right but Clash ducks underneath it, rebounding off the opposite set of ropes straight into a back heel kick by Baxter! Baxter covers Clash again! 1... 2.. Clash with the shoulder up. Baxter then gets up and climbs onto the outside apron. He climbs the buckles and perches himself on the top turnbuckle.
Thomas Simon: Baxter could be looking for that Randy Savage Flying elbow drop!
He stands straight up and dives off connecting with sickening impact straight into the chest of Johnny Clash!! Clash rolls around the ring clutching his chest as Baxter gets to his feet. Trey goes over to grab Clash but Clash grabs Baxter's arm and wraps His legs around Baxter's head locking in the triangle choke as Baxter begins to frantically kick his legs out and sway his arm around! Baxter rolls to his side as he manages to break out of the hold and rolls out of the ring onto the outside, dropping to his knees and clutching at his throat.

Baxter gets to His feet on the outside as Clash runs toward the ropes and SUICIDE DIVES THROUGH THE MIDDLE ROPE ONTO AN AWAITING BAXTER!!!! Clash wastes no time and he follows it up with a few mounted forearms directly to the face of Baxter. He then picks him up and rolls him into the ring. Clash hoists himself up onto the apron and pulls back on the top rope, leaping over hitting a slingshot elbow drop to the throat of Baxter! He then covers him! 1.. 2.. Baxter gets the boot on the ropes. Clash gets to his feet and motions for Baxter to get up. He does as Clash runs toward him, Tilt-a-whirling straight into a Russian leg sweep! He covers Baxter yet again! 1... 2.. Baxter with the kick out. Clash then picks Him up and grabs him by the wrist, whipping him into the corner as he hits the buckles back first with authority. Clash runs in with a head of steam but Baxter gets the boot up as Clash runs right into it! Clash staggers back clutching at His jaw as Baxter hoists himself up on the middle turnbuckle. Clash turns as Baxter dives off the buckles connecting with a flying clothesline! He goes for a quick cover! 1... 2.. Clash with the shoulder up. Baxter then gets up as Clash starts to stir. Baxter starts laying swift kicks in the chest of Clash. He picks him up and grabs him by the wrist, whipping him into the corner as Clash hits the buckles with authority. Baxter then goes to the opposite corner before running toward Clash and hitting the running knee square into the jaw of Clash giving off a sickening smack that resonates through the events center! Baxter then grabs Clash around the head and attempts to follow it up with a running Bulldog out of the corner but as he is halfway Clash shoves Baxter into the opposite corner as Trey hits the buckles chest first and staggers backwards right into Clash who grabs him around the waist and folds him up with a sickening bridging German suplex! 1.... 2... Baxter kicks out!
Thomas Simon: That was a nasty German Suplex from Clash!
Clash then springs to his feet. He picks up Baxter but Baxter fights him off with hard forearm shots to the face. Clash staggers back before running toward Baxter but Baxter hoists him up onto his shoulders attempting a GTS yet again! Clash starts driving hard elbows into the side of Baxter's head as Baxter drops him on his feet. Clash then kicks Baxter in the mid-section and shoves His head between his legs. He motions for the Bloodline but Baxter grabs Clash's legs taking him down and quickly attempts an Anaconda Vice but Clash rolls out of the ring quickly underneath the bottom rope as the crowd boos.
Bob Herman: That's my man! Always one step ahead!!
Clash turns back to the ring as Baxter runs toward Him and nails him with a suicide dive through the ropes. Like Clash Baxter wastes no time as he follows it up with several vicious MMA elbows to the chest of Clash. He then picks him up but Clash fights him off with some European uppercuts. He then grabs a hold of Baxter's wrist and whips him toward the steel steps but Baxter leaps over them. Baxter then turns and runs back, jumping up and diving off the steel steps but Clash sees this and nails him in mid air with a sickening Super Kick!!!!!
Thomas Simon: OH MY GAWD!! Clash catches Baxter in mid-air with the Superkick!
Bob Herman: It's almost as if these two know what Each other's next move is gonna be, Tommy Boy!
Clash taunts the fans as Baxter grabs the ring apron trying to get back to his feet. Clash brings his attention back to Baxter and he goes to pick up Baxter but Baxter hits a few forearms into the chiselled mid-section of the challenger. He then rolls him into the ring. Baxter hoists himself up onto the apron as Clash gets up inside the ring. Baxter pulls back on the top ring rope and leaps up then springboards off nailing a beautiful flying clothesline! He covers him! 1... 2... Clash with the shoulder up. Baxter then gets up and motions for Clash to get to his feet. He does as Baxter attempts a clothesline but Clash ducks underneath it. Baxter turns as Clash hits him with a spinning wheel kick! He makes a quick cover on Baxter. 1... 2... kick out. Clash and Baxter both get to their feet. Clash runs toward him and leaps nailing a flying neckbreaker! He then grab Baxter's legs and turns him over applying the ATOMICA! Clash leans back as Baxter screams in pain, pushing off the mat with his palms.
Thomas Simon: THE ATOMICA!!!! THIS IS IT!!!
Baxter then reaches out and hooks his arm under the bottom rope as the official starts yelling for Clash to break the hold. Clash leans back even farther applying more pressure as the ref starts His count! 1... 2... 3... 4... Clash finally releases as he raises both arms into the air.
Bob Herman: Utilizing every single second of that 5 count, Tommy Boy! That's a very smart move on the part of the Clash... Reasons just like those are WHY he is going to win the World title!!
Baxter uses the ring ropes to slowly pull himself up as Clash grabs him by the head and pulls him away from the ropes hitting him with a quick snap suplex! He keeps it held in and rolls over, lifting Baxter up and hitting a second snap suplex! He keeps the hold on a third time and rolls through, picking up Baxter yet again and attempting a THIRD Snap suplex and nails it!!! Clash springs to his feet and pays homage to the late Eddie Guerrero by pointing to the sky.

Clash goes over and helps Baxter up by clutching his head but Baxter quickly rolls up Clash into an inside cradle! 1.... 2... Clash kicks out. Baxter picks Him up and knees him in the gut before double underhooking both arms of the challenger and hitting a LIGHTS OUT!!! He covers Clash yet again!

Clash smacks the canvas in frustration as He shows the referee 3 fingers and the ref retorts by flashing 2. Clash gets up and backs into the corner. He hoists himself up on the buckles as Baxter gets up and Clash dives off hitting a hurricanrana into a pinning combo! 1... 2... Baxter counters and rolls through into a pinning position on Johnny! 1... 2.. Clash kicks out! They both leap up as Baxter goes for a roundhouse but Clash ducks underneath it! Jason turns His back to the ring as Baxter promptly stands to his feet and walks over, reaching through the ropes and grabbing Xavuer. He drags him through the ropes into the ring as the crowd is going insane and Baxter quickly turns him around and nails the LIGHTS OUT! On Xavier!
Thomas Simon: It's Lights Out for Jason X!!!
Xavier rolls out of the ring as Baxter then reaches down and slips his kneepad down onto His shin. He puts the palms of his hands together and puts them up against the side of His face as if resting on a pillow, signalling once again for another Lights Out! Clash gets to his feet as Baxter goes to kick Clash but its reversed as Clash grabs the leg and whips it around spinning the champ then greeting him with a kick to the gut and a snap swinging neckbreaker! He covers Baxter! 1.... 2... BAXTER WITH THE SHOULDER UP! Clash gets to His feet and collapses up against the ring ropes in exhaustion. Baxter slowly gets up as Clash kicks Him in the gut. He shoves His head between his legs and once again goes for another BLOODLINE but Baxter SWINGS OUT OF IT INTO THE ANACONDA VICE TAKING CLASH DOWN TO THE CANVAS! Baxter yells at the top of His lungs as Clash kicks His legs wildly trying to flail out of the hold!

The official climbs out of the ring and walks over to the Time keepers table in confusion as the Time keeper begins explaining something to Him.
Thomas Simon: The official talking to the Time keeper right next to us... What the hell is going on!?

The referee nods and then turns, slipping back into the ring as He begins to explain something to Baxter. On the outside, the timekeeper is telling Freddy Class something as he nods and raises the mic up to his mouth.
Freddy Class: Ladies and Gentlemen, I have just been informed by the official Time keeper... That the 90 minute Time limit has EXPIRED! Therefore, STILLLLL MPW WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION TREEEEEEEEYYYYYYYY BAXXXXXXXXXXXTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEERRRR!!
