Taufik’s Prelog
Apostle Kried deserves his painful defeat after the comment he said earlier on. I wish that I could break his legs before he decides to tap. When the match is over I saw Drake was actually at ringside just as I invited him from twitter. I left the ring and let him do his thing like how they did for us as I head back to the locker room with a victory at hand. Since I can’t blame Andrew for his lost against the new and Improve Christian Carter and to a surprise underperforming Justin Fischer, I have a feeling that at Uncivil War, That the tag title will change hands and I’m going to make sure that it’s going to be us that leaving Uncivil War the new tag team champion.
Ian Andrew Prelog
Things didn't exactly go as I planned, but I did accomplish my ultimate goal, at least as far as I concern, Jamal went out to meet the management by the orders of Taufik to see if the management could slot us in a Tag Team Title match at Uncivil War. Still he would have loved to have won the triple threat match against Charter and Fischer, but in the end the better man won, what happened in the past must stay in the past, now was time to look to the future and the Tag Team Title match at Uncivil War. A match where both Taufik and I need to be in and win. But that didn't change the fact I’m still upset over the fact that I’ve lost the triple threat match.
In the Locker Room
Taufik went back to the locker room with a victory at hand, as Taufik entered the saw Ian Andrew with his head down in disappointment as he lost his match against Christian Carter and one half of the MPW tag team champion Justin Fischer. As he heard my footsteps, he stands up and tries to speak where Taufik immediately to not uttered a word as he starts to speak.
Taufik: Do not say a word Andrew. Tonight is just wasn’t your night and but something good did happen tonight for you. Tonight you show to the world that you could hang with someone like Justin Fischer who was once the Television Champion and the current Tag Team Champion and even Christian Carter get the win, you also prove that you could kick his ass.
Ian Andrew gives out a sigh of relief as Taufik continues to speak.
Taufik: The good thing is I managed to beat the living hell out of Apostle Kried and in case you didn’t know, he was one half of the tag team champion in NYCCW and he was the last title holder of that title.
Ian Andrew: NYCCW? Where the hell is that?
Taufik: You don’t need to worried about that because that place is a dump and it had to be close. Just to let you know, Jamal is talking to the management about our request to get a title shot at Uncivil War as we speak. Let’s just hope and pray that the request has been accepted and it could be anytime now that Jamal return from the short meeting and gives us the answer that we want.
Ian then takes a seat in the sofa as Taufik heads to the fridge and get himself a bottle of diet coke as he opens up the bottle cap and take a small sip as Ian ask a random question.
Ian Andrew: Why do you always drink diet coke?
Taufik: Well it’s because I like coke and it always calms me down after every match. Why would you’ve ask?
Ian Andrew: Nothing much. Just wondering why.
A few moments later, Jamal came back with the answer from the management as he speaks.
Jamal: I have good news and bad news for you guys. So which one do you want to hear first?
Andrews: Give us the good news first Jamal.
Jamal: Ok, good news is that, I’ve managed to get you guys a title shot for the Tag Titles.
Taufik: And what’s the bad news Jamal?
Jamal: (in Persian) "You will face two other teams in a four way match.
Taufik gives out a smirk as Ian was left confused as he decided to speak up as he doesn’t understand Persian.
Andrews: What is it Taufik? What did Jamal said that makes you smirk like that? You know I can't understand Persian right?
Taufik: I know Andrew that you didn’t understand Persian, what Jamal had just said that we must fight two other teams in a four team match.
Andrews: What?! Who are the other two teams other than the champions that we have to compete with?!.
Taufik: The Real Steele brothers, and The Promise Ones. Looks we have a team that eyeing for the title and the other wanting to extract some revenge while attempting to win the title as well.
Andrews: That’s great, now I can get some payback on Carter for beating me in the Triple Threat where I should have won.
Taufik: It will not be that easy Andrew, we still have to worry about the Steele brothers and as well both Terrin and Fischer from Violent Impact. we are at a severe disadvantage.
Andrews: Don't ever forget Taufik, we still got Jamal in our corner to be our eyes.
Jamal: I will be ringside, to help both of you.
Taufik: You can say that with Jamal on our side, we may have slight advantage against them in number but that doesn’t mean that were going to depend on Jamal most of the time. Jamal is there to assure us that this match goes in our way when the tides are turning to the others favor. But it’s our job to keep things in our favor and don’t waste unnecessary energy in this match because we got three opponent who can do the work for us.
Jamal nods his head as Taufik continues to talk.
Taufik: Ian, this might be pressuring to you now but next week match will be the most important match in your early career here in MPW. You here are going to be a champion that people are not going to expecting to see and you need to prove them wrong and this is the time to do it. You’ll never know when this opportunity will rise again. I know that you didn’t noticed it but people are hiding the fact that you’ve improve ever since you have join forces with me. But when we win the tag titles, they have no choice but to take notice of you because you’re wearing gold around your waist.
Ian nods his head as he head to the fridge to get himself a water bottle and drink some of it before he continues to speak.
Ian Andrew: I know I’ve got something to prove and there’s no other way than getting those titles. It’s no brainer that nobody here other than you two actually see something about me. I even beat Rye Payne at last month Pay-Per-View and that also didn’t get me noticed at all. People like Adam and Matt Steele are being use as comic relief and they still get noticed more than me and now the two of them are getting a title shot makes me want to puke. I’ve been working so hard to get this match and if I go to this match only to be defeated by those two clowns, I couldn’t forgive myself.
Taufik: That’s right Andrew; use that as a motivation for you as you’re heading towards out match this Thursday now. Don’t let those fools win those titles and not just that, you have to think about your revenge against Christian Carter and his partner Jake Cage. Cage is really in a bad road right now and we can use that as an opportunity but we need to becareful because he is known to be a joker and you did see it for yourself on how many ways he could do that to anyone, but recently he has problems in winning his matches and we can use it as an advantage. Christian Carter on the other hand, he’s beginning to have a new found confidence and we have to make sure that we need to stop that from going anywhere further.
Andrews: Don't forget about the champions themselves Taufik, especially Terrin Reigns, the man has been on a roll recently, in fact, he has been undefeated in all of his recent matches and to be honest Jamal have to agree with me because he himself has tasted his wrath, and there is Justin Fisher. Yes he may have been under performed in the triple threat against me and Carter, but he is still capable of anything and that includes defending the title, hence why he is a one half of the Champions.
Taufik: I agree with your statement there Andrew, but this is a tag team match so who say that we have to suffer Terrin wrath where we could just isolate Fischer just like were planning to do with Cage and I’m sure Cage is going to get himself some revenge after what BRC has done to him earlier tonight, if that is he could get serious or else it’s just round two for them.
Taufik gets up and goes to the fridge. He pulls out a Dr. Pepper and sits back down.
Andrews: Wait a minute, I thought you liked Coke? Why are you drinking Dr. Pepper?.
Taufik: Well I would be drinking Coke, if someone remembered to go out and get some. Anyway, back to the match, what you said about Terrin Reign is true. but as I said, the best strategy in this type of match is to make the opponents fight each other, and that would be easy since we have two brothers trying hard to get noticed, a person from one team trying to extract some revenge from BRC and for obvious reason, the champions defending their titles. So there are bound to overstressed themselves and we just need to pick up the pieces and even if necessary, get involved into the match when needed.
Andrews: Then is easy for us, we just have to give Terrin a reason not to fight us and instead, he work with us and when the time comes we just kick him in the curb and get the win. I’m sure we could reasoned with him, am I right?
Taufik: No. That’s where you’re wrong, little that I know him, he’s the kind of a person that loves to get into the mixed, and so trying to reason with him is like a woman fucking herself to get her virginity back., we will still have fun on our way to becoming champions, we just can't take the risk of getting into a prolonged point of isolation where the there are three men team against us.
Andrews: Your right, but in a match like this it will be bound to happen at some point, either you or me will be cut off from the corner, and all three opponents will team up on us, or at least try. I'm confident in my ability to fight my way out of trouble, and you’re smart enough to make sure you never get isolated.
Taufik then takes a sip of Dr. Pepper before continues to speak.
Taufik: And I assume that you doubt me now?
Ian Andrew: Sorry, I didn’t meant to say it that way, what I mean is…
Taufik interrupts him as he speaks.
Taufik: It’s okay Andrew, you’re forgiven and now we should make our way out from here and I want you to train more from this week onwards and I want you to win matches and making name for yourself. So how about we call it a day later on and we go have ourselves a good meal later on, how about that?
Jamal and Andrew nods their heads as I go and take a shower while Jamal goes to the parking lot and start the engine and Andrew starts to pack up his stuff and put it into his luggage as the scene fades to black.
Part 2
Both Jamal and Taufik are sitting down in a café near the hotel where Ian Andrew is located as they wait for his arrival. They’re drinking their usual order as the both of them starts to talk about their plans for Thursday Uncivil War before they even starts to speak about it, Ian Andrew arrives as he starts to speak.
Ian Andrew: Sorry that I’m late guys, well I hope you guys didn’t wait for too long.
Taufik: It’s okay Andrew, the two of us just arrived here and got our drink. I guess you should get yourself some drink as well Andrew.
He sits down in the chair that is next to Jamal as he continues to speak.
Ian Andrew: It’s okay guys, I’m good. So what’s you guys were talking about before I arrive?
Taufik: Nothing much Andrew. We were just about to talk about our upcoming match at Uncivil wars and since I only just found out that the match will be a four team elimination match, we have start being cautious as everybody know that we have a target on our back.
Andrews: Your right with the match now being four team Elimination match, that means that we will not be over looked any more, oh well that's how I like my matches, an all-out fight to see who is the better man, or in this case who make the better teams. It should be fun.
Taufik takes a sip in his drink before he continues to speak.
Taufik: You like your match that way? You now think that were not being overlook anymore after being put on in this match? That’s where you’re wrong Andrew. They may not overlook us now, but what happen after this match? Do you ever think that in just one match, you’re no longer being overlooked, because if you screw this up, they will overlooked you once more and this time it maybe for good and to be honest I can see you put in half the effort than you usually do.
Andrew then stops Taufik from speaking as he continues to speak.
Ian Andrew: Sorry to interrupt you, but half the effort being put into a match, you got to be kidding me Taufik. I’ve been putting my all in every single match I’m in and with you saying that I put in half the effort than I do? That’s a slap to the face for me Taufik. It’s just that the opponent is one step above me.
Taufik: It’s that an excuse Andrew? Saying your opponent is one step above you? That is just utter crap Andrew. This is also part of the reason that why I brought you under my wings, so this kind of mistake shall not be repeated again in the future. Someone needs to wake up your mind and I’m kind enough to do this while people in the back are actually laughing and might even leave you be and be the useless trash that you use to be.
Andrew nods his head in agreement as he continues to speak.
[coloer=brown]Ian Andrew: I’m sorry Taufik, I will do my best from now on and it’s going to start this Thursday at Uncivil War. I can’t afford to be that dumbass that is just being left alone and thank you for getting me out from there.[/color]
Taufik: You’re forgiven Andrew, and make sure that you keep your word from now on.
While the three of us were conversing, A person saw the three of us drinking our hot beverages come to us and start talking to Ian Andrew.
Man: What the hell are you doing with this asshole that is blaming America and our values, and with you, a breathing living and proud American just join him because you’ve been overlooked?
Ian went dumbfounded as someone just randomly appears and talks to him like that as he didn’t answer the questions as the man. The person continues to speak.
Man: Then what the hell you’re thinking Andrew, you should be standing up for America and not align yourself with this asshole and going after the tag team title where you could team with anyone else but this terrorist. Do you think by working with him, you could beat the team like The Promise Ones and Violent Impact? Then what about Real Steele? There are two guys…
Andrew had enough as he stands up and gets to the person face as Jamal wants to stop it, Taufik stops Jamal from doing it as he is interested in what Ian has to say to the guy.
Ian Andrew: So what if I aligned myself to someone like Taufik. What does it benefits me from people like you? An American who does nothing and complain and yes you can do it because this is America and this country has freedom of speech, and with you think that ranting to me because of something like me chooses to go and be the follower of Taufik? That’s your problem and you think that Christian and Muslim couldn’t coexist? Check the bible and think carefully because these two religions are similar to each other and don’t you dare called Taufik a terrorist ever again because he isn’t like any of them that you see in the media.
Taufik nods his head in agreement as Ian continues to speak.
Ian Andrew: And as far as I concern, I could tag whoever I want, whenever I want and so what if both Taufik and I are going into this match first time as a tag team? Look at Violent Impact, Terrin replaces Jackson Blaze and won the title in the very first match they have there and don’t you ever think that it might happen again but this time it’s us that is going to the straps. Taufik pull me out from the dark and help me to become better and look what I’m capable off now and what you’re doing is actually did nothing much but motivates me. So what if the Real Steele are after the tag team titles, they’re bunch of jokes anyway and they should stay that way. If you think that they are much hungrier for the titles, than make it twice for the both of us. We have something to prove more than them and for The Promise Ones, there’s going to be some payback for me alright because I need to redeem myself after the win that Christian Carter had over me last week. So, do you want to say anything else to say? If not leave us be and find a job because you’re gonna need one with the time that you’ve wasted on me where you should think about helping yourself.
Man: It’s your lost Andrew, you just turn your back on us man. You just aligned with a religion that makes enemies with the world and…
Taufik immediately stops the man from talking as he speaks.
Taufik: You think that Muslim are nothing but a bunch of terrorist and we make enemies all around the world? That’s where your wrong mister. We don’t make enemies, in our Quran itself says that we Muslim don’t make enemies. It’s just the people around us want to make us as enemies and we don’t care if you want to say whatever you want to me but not about my religion. So you better get out from our sight and like Andrew, a fellow American like you say to another American, get a job and on top of that get a life.
The person than left their sight in disgust as they sits down and continued where they left off from as Taufik continues.
Taufik: Thank you for standing up against people like him.
Ian Andrew: No problem Taufik, seriously that guy who confronted us really has no life and bringing up American Values in front of my face, that’s a slap in my face because he thinks that he's a perfect American and nobody is perfect.
The both of them continues to talk about their match and strategy as the scene fades to black.
After the final air strike,
After they ran out of ammo,
After the peace treaty signed,
debris lay across the land.
There were bodies to bury and wounds to heal
Craters to fill and foundations to build.
We can hide behind the fences
Green covering our scars
There’s no denying,
we’re all children of war
