Jamal and I have entered the building; I’m not usually nervous but tonight I just feel something different. I guess it might be that I have to pull a double duty for tonight as I’m not just going to enter the Army of One match, but I prior to that, I have to defend my title against Chris Cable and Andre Dixon. Both of them have shown their strength against Real Steele and I got to say that worrying about losing the title isn’t an option. We entered in our locker room and put down our luggage on one side and sit on the sofa and settle ourselves down first before doing anything. I then start to talk.
Taufik: Something feels wrong here, likes I feel that something is missing, but I don’t know what is it? Jamal do you know what’s missing?
Jamal: I dunno, pepsi is in the freezer, obviously I’m here…
Jamal then take a small pause and realize in Taufik sarcasm as he continues to speak.
Jamal: I got it Taufik, Ian Andrew isn’t here with us. I’m not sure where is he by the way. Want me to go and find him?
As I was about to answer Jamal question, there is a knock on my door. I went to the door and open it up and out come Tim Bowers with his crew, waiting outside as Tim starts to speak.
Tim Bowers: Taufik, sorry to interrupt, but I’m wondering about your tag team match against Chris Cable and Andre Dixon and since Ian Andrew has given his opinion about this match, is it okay that I could get your own perspective about this match?
I guess that Ian Andrew is now going to his own locker room now instead sharing with us; I shrugged it off and give him the approval to get my side of the match as Tim Bowers then get the crew to do the set up as I grab the title from my bag and put it over my shoulder and once they’re ready, Jamal is standing beside me outside the door as Tim Bowers ask for the camera to start rolling as he starts his interview.
Tim Bowers: Good evening ladies and gentlemen, Tim Bowers is here and earlier tonight, I’ve done an interview with one half of Narcissist Saviour and one half of the MPW Tag Team champion and right next to me now is the other half of Narcissist Saviour and MPW Tag Team champion as well with his manager Jamal, ladies and gentleman, he is Taufik.
The camera then pans towards my direction as the camera zooms out a little bit so it could see the three of us as Tim Bowers continues to speak.
Tim Bowers: But before we go on and ask about the tag team title match, I need to ask you what do you think of what Andrew have said and I quote “The people at MPW gave me and Taufik the titles for a reason, yet since we have had the titles, Taufik has gotten the push, and I've gotten jack shit” and “MPW You just lit a fire, a fire that you can't contain, and it will burn through everything till it reaches its goal. And yes Taufik that would mean you too, if you stand in my way.” What are your thoughts about that?
I give it a second to think about it and once I have process with what Ian has to say, I start to speak.
Taufik: I guess that he is just jealous that I got rewarded from Allah and he is just being an ignorant because he doesn’t make an impact unlike I did and he need to be patient like me and then he could get his reward but he is just being impatient and it could cost him. He needs to get his mind on the game here as because tonight, we got the Tag team titles to defend and the both of us wants are entering in the Army of One match and it’s no brainer that we need to save our stamina for that.
Tim Bowers: Speaking about tonight Taufik, you’re going to face a newly formed team that consists of Chris Cable and Andre Dixon. After their impressive showing in their tag team debut against Real Steele, doesn’t it make you worried about your chances in this match? Dixon has said that you two don’t deserved the titles and claims that Chris Cable are better than you two combine…
Jamal then stop him from speaking any further as I continues to speak.
Taufik: How sure are you that Cable is better than me? Because the last time I’ve check, the very first Pay-Per-View at High Stakes, I’ve beat him in a last man standing match and what does that show? Nothing but dominance and with that I’ve showed that I’m better than him and that is fact. I’ve faced Andre Dixon when he first debuted in ICW and I was force to make him look good due to politics in that company but now that no politics has been implied in this company, all gloves are off buddy. You want to see who’s the best? Wait until we meet in the ring. It’s been less than two weeks since you guys formed and you guys brag like you’ve just won a lottery when you beat Real Steele last week. I’ve beat them twice, and you think that we don’t deserve this title, your dead wrong. Ian and I have beaten three teams to win this title which you claim that I don’t deserve to have it in my waste and tell me which team that can’t beat those dummies is a failure itself, and you’re going to wonder that we lost to them once and that was because it’s a freaking impromptu match, a match that was set up in the very last minute.
I then take a deep breath as I take the mic away from Tim Bowers and have the camera pay attention to me as I continue to speak.
Taufik: So what if you guys won against them, because tonight, you’re facing Narcissist Saviour, THE Tag Champs. Ian and I are going to make sure that this title will stay around our waste and whether you like it or not, it will be still be there around our waist and still prove to the world that were the best tag team here in MPW or anywhere else around here. I see you boys in the ring later tonight.
I then toss the mic back to Tim Bowers and Jamal starts to speak in Persian.
Jamal: You have all hear the words from your Saviour, and he will show you people who both he and Ian will retain the title. You people should bring your Salaam to Muhammad Taufik.
Jamal then closes the door as it concluded the interview as I sits down in the sofa as Jamal passed me a can of Pepsi in the fridge as we sit down and start a topic.
Taufik: I guess that Ian is actually going to eliminate me if he had a chance and he doesn’t know that he is actually lucky to be standing alongside with someone like me. He thinks by taking out Rye Payne will put him on the map? I guess he needed to be taught a lesson.
Jamal: What do you have in mind Taufik?
I then tell him on how to deal with Ian Andrew as the scene fades to black.
Taufik: Something feels wrong here, likes I feel that something is missing, but I don’t know what is it? Jamal do you know what’s missing?
Jamal: I dunno, pepsi is in the freezer, obviously I’m here…
