[We’re on a balcony, overlooking the view on a glorious day, as the sun fills the air with warm weather and there’s barely a cloud in the sky, signaling that summer has decided to put in an appearance after all]

Jason X: So here we are just a few days away from the biggest event of the year, Road 2 Glory. An event I’ve been most desperate to come to pass, mainly so I can move forward away from my most recent competitors for my Television championship, Road 2 Glory an event that can catapult one man’s career into the sky or drown one or two man’s careers. And just like I have been doing I’m the man that this pay-per-view will catapult because I will retain my Television championship. It will be Tyler Rose and Shaun Cross who will have their careers drowned. Their careers will end and not by death or any physical on my behalf no, their careers will drown by their own hands. Two weeks ago Tyler Rose had his shot from when he won the Ultimate X-scape match and two weeks ago I beat his ass and I retained my title, I pinned him to the canvas fair and square and then when I was celebrating my first title defense Laura Tavares came out and decided to put Tyler Rose in my match with Shaun Cross at Road 2 Glory once again Tyler Rose gets a hand given opportunity just like at Army Of One when he squirmed his way in. But just like at Army of One I will fight tooth and nail I will dig deep and I will showcase why I am a deserving champion. Tyler Rose how many more chances do you need? How many opportunities do you want before you realize that you can’t beat me, that you don’t have the stones to beat me and you aren’t worthy of being champion. Well Tyler this is the final chance you’re getting because frankly I’m sick and tired of seeing you’re ugly mug chasing me everywhere. I end you’re chase for my television championship I end you’re hunt for gold for good.
[Jason gives a smirk before he speaks]
Jason X: It’s fitting that the biggest pay-per-view of the year Road 2 Glory is in the state of Texas, it’s almost justice. I have a special love for Texas; I have a unique special connection with the diehard wrestling fans. I have a story to tell everyone way back in 2011 I started my pro wrestling debut in a small part of Texas, Galveston Texas to be exact for a wrestling company known as G-2 wrestling. It was that company that gave me my first start to showcase my skill and talent, I worked and busted my ass each and every week establishing myself as a mainstay on their roster. I eventually got myself notice and started beating guys who were veterans and beating them and embarrassing them. I eventually won my first title which of course was their Television championship; I won that title on three different occasions with setting a record of 192 days of holding that title. You wonder why this title means the world to me it doesn’t matter that it’s the MPW Television championship, it doesn’t matter that it’s the G-2 wrestling Television title, it can be any Television championship from any wrestling company and it will hold dear to my heart. Because you always remember you’re first, people’s first are a memorable occasion and that is why I’m not letting my MPW Television championship go, I will not let it slip from my hands, I’m going to fight tooth and nail t keep it.
[Jason pauses, looking out over the scenery for a moment, taking in a deep breath of the clean air around him]
Jason X: You guys don’t seem to understand the connection I have with the Texas wrestling fans, those die hard wrestling fans will be in attendance to see the return of yours truly, those wrestling fans gave me a nickname and that was “The man who overcomes the odds” and that is because I fought to climb the ladder in G-2 wrestling when everything else was impossible I succeed. Those fans watched me knock veterans off their pedestals they watched me become a three time G-2 wrestling Television champion and they’re going to watch me retain of MPW Television championship, they’re going to watch me successfully retain in the biggest pay-per-view of the year.
[Jason pauses with a smile on his face for a few seconds]
Jason X: Two weeks ago I beat you Tyler Rose in a singles title and once again you have squirmed you way into this match just like at Army of One but history will repeat itself. History will come to pass when I am celebrating my victory with my fans; those die hard wrestling fans here in Texas. Tyler this is your final chance and if you can’t, no not if when you lose I don’t want to see you again.
[Jason lets the speech hang there for a few seconds for Tyler Rose to take in]
Jason X: Now I’m giving Tyler Rose far too much attention and that’s what he wants’ but there is another competitor, Shaun Cross. You see Shaun I feel kind of sorry for you, you earned this shot. You were heading into Road 2 Glory with a chip on your shoulder and had an inkling of a chance, but now your chance has gone. It’s not a singles match anymore it’s a triple threat. Which means more eyes are to be opened and watched upon each other, and Shaun I pull out all the stops when it revolves around my Television championship because it beats like my heart, this isn’t a stepping stone for me this is more than a paper-weight title that it once was and that’s down to me. I will build this title into a prestigious championship and it will be respected. By successfully defending it this week on the big stage, Road 2 Glory is my show, it’s my big return to Texas and it’s the stage I finally put Tyler Rose into the rear view mirror. Shaun Cross it’s unfortunate that you lost the chance to face me in a singles match but blame Tyler Rose for that not me. I will dig deep down in order to retain what’s rightfully mine, I will do anything.
[Jason rolls his eyes]
Jason X: I will jump the hurdles that have been placed in front of me and I will keep what I love, the Television championship. Tyler Rose you’ve announced that you’re walking away with my gold, well bring a gun, because that’s the only way you are going to capture my gold. I will not lose the tight grip I have on my title. I enjoyed watching you beat each other to pieces last week in a cage match, and I’m going to dissect that. I’m going to use that match to take advantage and then take my victory. I’m not going anyway without my gold and I will be dead before it’s removed from my hand so boy I dare you, bring whatever you can. Because it still won’t be enough it still won’t stop me from winning and it’s still nothing compared to my unique connection to Texas.
[Jason gives off another grin before continuing]
Jason X: I have always had more hunger than my opponents and I will show that at Road 2 Glory, I have my desire and I have more passion than either of my opponents. That will drive me to success and that will make me top of the mountain. Standing tall with my Television championship in my hand and putting on a match that will be remembered for decades. That is what I can do and that is what I plan on doing because I know I can. Tyler Rose and Shaun Cross don’t stand a chance they don’t have the backbone to beat me and more importantly they don’t have the heart like I do for this business.

Jason X: I’m ready and waiting I’m here in Galveston Texas, I’m ready for war boys and I’m going to win. I’m going to stand tall and be on the top of the world at Road 2 Glory with Television title in hand. That is what I plan on doing that is the prediction I see and what will come to reality. The reality check will happen to Tyler Rose and Shaun Cross when the dust settles and they see me holding what’s rightfully mine the reality is I DESERVE to be champion while you pair don’t.

Jason X: In just a few days away now and then as the show rolls around the reality is I’m heading into Texas with the Television championship and I’m leaving with MY Television championship. I’m ready to fight tooth and nail to keep my gold and I will keep it will still have my name engraved on it and I will prove I am the better man.
