This past week I have stayed out of the lime light. I have been quiet on twitter, well outside of a few words of banter between my opponents this week. I took the time to focus on training and watching film on my opponents. Scouting them; finding their weaknesses. You know getting back to basics. Something my college coach always did and forced me to do when a big match was looming.
There has been a lot on my mind during this past week. I've had some major distractions going on. Getting settled in, living with Angel as a roommate may seem like fun but there is always an adjustment that has to be made. I've tried to shut hose distractions out.
I can’t hide things very well, but for now I need to, I know this. I have a match at Road to Glory against 3 of the toughest wrestlers in MP...hahaha... wait, I almost did that with a straight face. Can you believe that, I deserve some kind of award for almost getting through that?
Let’s take a look at my opponents. First we will start with TJ Pain. This is a man who I have already beaten in an X-Core rules match. Not only have I beaten him, I made him tap out in an X-Core match. I won’t deny he could win this match but it won’t be by beating me. TJ, understand this, I have already made you tap. I can do it again You and your boy crow have both been enrolled in class and failed.
Next we have Brandon Nitrous, a man who once held the belt we are competing for. If history tells us anything it was four what, Six Days. Hell Kuk's had rashes longer then that, and frankly I’m more worried about that rash then I am about Brandon. Granted this guy has some skills, and he has a group of like minded friends who could cause a ruckus, but it won’t be him that wins, I have more of a mind that he is the guy TJ would pin. Wait he did that already last week, oh yea.
So now that we have the fodder of this match out of the way we can focus on the real competition for me. Kuk Killswitch. There is no denying that this man has X-Core skills, let’s look at them. He can bleed very well, take a chair shot with the best of them and he isn’t afraid to drop a match to TJ once in awhile for charity. This guy can do it all. Now unless he and I can keep TJ from pinning Brandon, then it’s really between Kuk and me as it should be.
Kuk likes to talk about, who is this guy, and that’s fine. He can ignore me and leave me as an unknown. I am ok with that. I honestly wouldn’t want it any other way. This Thursday he will find out what it’s liked to be enrolled into he school of hard knocks. TJ and Brandon will know and the rest of the MPW will begin to see what it means having me here. The X-core title is just the first on my path. I have my eyes set on something much brighter, but as they tell you. You got to pay your dues and earn your place. Just remember Kuk, Brandon and TJ, when you’re enrolled at "Beat-U" the only one who wins is me.

Gabriel walks off the set to find his seat taken by Angel. "Hey can you give guys his seat back," he grumbles.
"Sure, once you get me a cookie from craft services," Angel replies mischievously.
"What the hell, you get up and get your own damn cookie," Gabe replies, "How do you think that went?" he asks whipping a bit of sweat off his brow. Gabriel stands dressed in his entrance attire water bottle in hand blankly staring back at angel. Her red hair hangs loose around her shoulders as she smiles back at Gabe.
"Great I really think you nailed it, though rash, really? That’s the best." She hops down out of Gabes chair "Fine I will get my own damn cookie." She walks no more then 5 feet to the craft table and grabs a nice peanut butter cookie and begins to devour it.
"Wow you really wanted that cookie."
"Like a fat kid on cake," Angel replies through muffled bites." You should really call her you know. I can tell you’re a bit moppy lately."
"Where is that coming from Angel, look I will call when I have time, plus she has filled her time hanging with Kuk and we are just friends anyways so ...It’s none of your business?" Gabe replies a bit angrily at the end.
"Fine, chill just throwing my two cents in, Anyway you will see her at Road to Glory that will make you happier and much easier to live with."
"Maybe, look sorry I've been grumpy lately ever since the party, I ...." Gabe pauses as his brow furls. "I just need to focus on the match. It would be huge to win and you know how important it is for me to make a name here."
"I do Gabe, and honestly I think you two would work well together. I know I've been a bit of a sarcastic bitch lately, but it’s really just me trying to get you back to who you are. Remember we always banter and you've been more, heh, lately." Angel says biting her lip. "I just think you maybe putting too much on yourself this time."
"Maybe." Gabe says "Oh well, just a couple more days until its go time.”
"Damn your right, we need to pack."
