(Ian is watching his match at R2G for probably the third time since he got home, right now he is watching the finish of the match when he hit the Andrews Effect on the turnbuckle to finally seal the deal after a long and hellatious match against Taufik. Andrews turns off the DVR after the official announcement from Honey Winters that he had won.)
Ian still couldn't believe it, he had beaten his mentor Taufik, in a one on one match. No gimmicks no bullshit, Ian had cleanly beaten Taufik. This was the crowning accomplishment of his career thus far. Now it was on to bigger and better things, alongside his friends in Next Generation Superstars.
But as much as Andrews wanted to go after a title, something was troubling him, he had heard a rumor that a new stable was forming possibly to stand against NGS. If that was true, Ian would have to put his title hopes on hold for a while and help his teammates with what could turn out to be a brawl, IF the rumors are true, if they weren't then he would go after the next title on his list, the X-Core Championship.
If Ian where to stay on track and go after the X-Core title, he had a great oppertunaty to throw his name amogst the contenders, as he would face Gabe Griffin, one of the four men who wrestled the Four way Elimination X-Core rules match for the X-Core Title. If he could beat Gabe, then almost certainly would he be among the title contenders.
But, on the other hand, he has this rumor to contend with. If the rumor is true and there is a new group coming to MPW, and they posed a direct threat to NGS, he would have to push away his title plans and help his friends.
That still wasn't all. Despite the fact he had beaten Taufik at Road 2 Glory, it still seemed as if Ian wasn't geting the respect he deserved, what would he have to do for respect, drive peoples heads in to the turnbuckle? Wait, that's a great idea for his character in MPW, he is sick of being disrespected, and untill he finally gets the full respect of the locker room, he will drive every one head first in to the turnbuckle with the Andrews Effect, hell he may even use a chair or twelve.
As great as the plans for everything sounded in his head, he would have to wait until Takedown to pull them off.
