OOC: Just wanna apologize for the shortness of this RP, particularly to my stable mates and my opponents as well as the admins and those who are just Emi fans. But when I come back after these exams, I will come back stronger and more dedicated than ever 
Kenji: Hi Emi...
Emi: *sigh*
[The scene opens with Emi lying on the couch in her underwear, looking rather depressed. Kenji walks in with a look of concern on his face.]
Kenji: You look upset Emi...what's the matter?
[Emi shrugs.]
Kenji: Hey, did you hear? Apparently there's some kind of robot walking about in the casino. I bet he'll be all big and shiny! Why don't we go check it out?
Emi: *sigh* No thanks...
[Kenji puts his hands on his waist.]
Kenji: Okay Emi...if you turn down an opportunity for another adventure then I know that something's up. Now tell me, what's wrong?
[Emi sits up and wipes her ungroomed hair from her face.]
Emi: I dunno. There's so many things...
Kenji: Like what?
Emi: Well this morning my mam just rung and apparently grandpa's really sick back at home...
[Kenji gasps and sits beside her on the couch. He wraps his arm around her and comforts her.]
Kenji: Goodness Emi! I'm sorry, I had no idea...
Emi: Yeah well now you do. And then there's Cami. She hasn't been the same after what happened to her last week...
Kenji: What do you mean?
Emi: Oh come on Kenny, you haven't seen it? She's been twitchier than normal and she's been a lot more mean. She even tried to flirt with you that one time!
Kenji: But...
Emi: Oh yeah you didn't notice but I sure did! Something's so different about her. I really wanna talk to her about stuff like this whole thing with my grandpa and Matty...
Kenji: Matty?
Emi: Oh nothing...I mean Angel's always there but she's been so busy with that WWO place...Gabe's been busy with his new gym and Myra's never online when I need to talk to her... I just need someone to talk to, you know?
Kenji: Well, there's me isn't there?
Emi: Yeah but...
Kenji: But what?
Emi: ...you wouldn't understand.
[Kenji looks insulted.]
Kenji: Well you know what I think you should do? You know how you always go back home every Summer?
Emi: Yeah?
Kenji: Well personally I think you should go there now. You've got a lot of problems right now, and I think you deserve a break. I mean you've been competing here week in and week out! I know you could probably go on for a few more months but maybe now would be a good time for a break. Go visit your family back in Osaka. Go see your grandpa and cheer him up. And then you can come back in time for the Summer. We can all go the beach and have parties and many more adventures in the sun!
Emi: But what about Cami and the rest...
Kenji: They're your friends, not just your stable mates. They'll understand if you have some time off. And they'll be very supportive. I'm not sure about Cami, but I'm sure she'll snap out of it before you come back.
Emi: But what about...
Kenji: Don't worry, I'll take care of everything. I'll talk to the MPW board and tell them about your situation. I'm sure they'll be just as supportive as your friends.
Emi: I was gonna mention our match. I mean Ruthless Assault is a pretty big show and I don't wanna miss it...
Kenji: Well I didn't say you should go home straight away! Go and have your big match. I'm sure the Varsity will take care of those NGS idiots...
[Emi suddenly hops back to her feet, suddenly full of life again.]
Emi: We will take care of those idiots! They don't stand a chance! Yeah there's a few problems going on with the Varsity, but that won't stop us from beating up those losers and giving them what for! And when we beat them, the Varsity will be stronger than ever, even without me...
[She stops and feels a little guilty.]
Emi: ...but I won't be gone for long. Three or four weeks should be okay. Then I'll be back and the Varsity will be bigger than ever, maybe even bigger than those arrogant jerks...and then we can have naked parties at the beach and junk!!
[Kenji rolls his eyes.]
Kenji: No naked parties!
Emi: Whatevz...
[Emi finally grows a smile on her face as she makes her way back to her room.]
Kenji: Wait, where are you going?
[Emi stops by her bedroom door and looks back at Kenji with a smirk.]
Emi: I've got a match to get ready for!
