-Scene 1-
(((We open up right after the King of the Mountain match at Ruthless Assault where we see Lucas King in the ring as he is handed the TV Title. He is on his knee's as he grabs a hold and hugs onto the title before holding it with both hands in front of him and staring at the title for a few more moments as his music is playing in the background. He still can't believe that he did it. He has accomplished one of his many goals in Millenium Pro Wrestling and did it a lot faster than he ever expected to. The fans begin to chant his name as he gets to his feet and holds the title high in the air and as he does he receives a huge pop from the crowd. He let's out a smile before climbing up on each turnbuckle and raising the title high in the air before getting down and walking to the back with his title in his hands, staring at it the entire way as the scene fades to static.)))
-Scene 2-
(((We open up to Cumberland County Civic Center located in Portland, Maine where TNT is going to take place in less than 24 hours. We are currently located in Lucas King's locker room where we see the new TV Champion on his couch watching his match from Ruthless Assault with his title slung over his shoulder. As the match comes to an end and he wins a big smile comes to his face as he takes the title off his shoulder and simply looks at it and smiles. King turns his attention towards the camera as he puts the title back over his shoulder.)))
-[Lucas King]- I told everyone that at Ruthless Assault I would make a name for myself. I told everyone that even though I have less experience then everyone involved in the match that I was still going to walk out the King of the Mountain and still going to walk out as the new MPW TV Champion.
(((He pauses for a moment to clear his throat.)))
-[Lucas King]- And now here we are, a week later, and I sit in front of you with the thing I told everyone I would get even though nobody truly believed I would. Here I am, 4 matches in, your MPW TV Champion and undefeated at that. I don't think anyone could have planned a better beginning to their career than this. I've proven that even though I am new to the game that I have skills beyond even what I knew I had. I beat the top 4 contenders for the TV Title all at the same time and looked good doing it in a match that can only be considered my match from now on. At Ruthless Assault I was the KING of the Mountain. And here is my crown...
(((He holds the title up high showing it off to the camera.)))
-[Lucas King]- I am proud to hold this title. I am going to be proud to restore the Television Division back to where it belongs and make this belt prestigious once again. It might be the lowest belt available but I'm going to rock it like it's the god damn World Title. I will also make sure it is harder to obtain than said World Title. I will also defend the belt every single week if I have to in order to prove that I am the best and that I am a fighting champion. When it's all said and done they will consider renaming the TV Title to the King Title because when you think of this title you will think of Lucas King from now on. And if anyone out there wants a shot, and I mean anyone, they are welcome to it. I am not scared to face anyone and as far as I'm concerned every match I'm in can be a title defense. It's time for people to respect this belt. I won't move on until they do.
-[Lucas King]- Which brings us to this week. Looks like I've been doing some climbing. From having to fight on pre shows and at the beginning of shows to fighting one of the supposed top talents in the MPW in the second to last match of the night. So close to the main event I can taste it. Which brings me to the big, bad Kuk Killswitch. The guy who just came off featuring Ruthless Assault and just came off his first main event. A match he dropped to a guy that he not only should be better than but to a guy who already fought earlier in the night.
-[Lucas King]- How is that even possible Kuk? Here you are, supposedly Mr. X-Core, and you lose to Chris Cable in your type of match and on YOUR Pay Per View? Pretty pathetic if you ask me. Just shows that you aren't made for the big lights and the main events. Let's face it: you choked. You choked and you choked hard in a match you had to right losing. But you did. And it kills you knowing that you have to be friends with the guy who took the title from you. Can you do that? Do you have what it takes to keep that in? I really don't think you do. I give it a few weeks before you're fighting with the rest of Age of Arrogance and if you don't quit it's only a matter of time before they kick your ass out because you are of no use to them now. Before you were a commodity because you were the X-Core Champion and the best one the company had ever seen at that. Now what are you? The guy who choked his title away to a guy who lost a match earlier in the night? You're the guy who got featured on a Pay Per View and dropped the fucking ball.
(((He smiles.)))
-[Lucas King]- I know this isn't what you want to hear but it's the truth. How long did it take you to get to that level? 3 months? 6? I'm not sure the exact amount of time but I do know you've been here for a long time and you only just now saw your first main event. I've been here for a month and I'm one match away from it in my fifth ever match. Not only that I have ALREADY been featured on the next Pay Per View Uprising. So basically I've done what took you months and months to do in one single month and I've done it with ease meanwhile basically not breaking a sweat.
-[Lucas King]- Before I go any further I had to talk about this whole "King" thing. I'm pretty sure you're not quite aware of what the meaning even is because you had the balls to call yourself a King. You? A King? Are you kidding me? If you're a King, where's your crown? That's right you don't have one and even when you did it wasn't one that would make you be the King of the MPW. And if you're a King, like you say you are, then why do you take orders from Drake Hunter and the rest of Age of Arrogance? I hate to be the one to break it to you but your'e no King. Nowhere close to it. And I'm not even saying that I am. Because based on the definition of a King I'm not there yet. I know that. I am however the King of the TV Title Division which is more than you can say at the moment. On top of that I don't take orders from anyone. Which, again, is more than you can say. The way I see it you're a lot closer to a jester than you are a king. You're here to entertain us, and Age of Arrogance in particular.
-[Lucas King]- I'm almost positive those guys are sitting back and talking shit about you as we speak. I mean look at you. You claim to be a great wrestler but all you can do is fight with a weapon in your hand. To me that's for guys who can't fight with these...
(((He shows his fists.)))
-[Lucas King]- A real man doesn't need weapons to be successful. A real KING definitely doesn't need weapons. A King is also a leader and you are obviously a follower and always have been and always will be. It's not your fault really. You just don't have what it takes. You're a fat, out of shape piece of shit who thinks he's better than he really is. This is a perfect opportunity for me. I've heard rumblings in the back that I've been getting lucky so far in my career here in Millenium Pro Wrestling and that I can't beat some of the better competitors here in the MPW. Now, even though I don't consider you to be a top competitor, a lot of others do. So what better way to show that I havent' been getting lucky and also showing that my future is much brighter than the TV Title than by beating a supposed top star here and the greatest X-Core Champion of all time?
-[Lucas King]- It's perfect if you ask me. The only thing is I'm almost going to feel bad. You're obviously on the beginning of a fall and losing to the new guy isn't really going to help your case. Then again I'm not your average new guy. I've walked into this company and made an immediate impact. Hell, I've already been featured on the next Pay Per View because I AM that damn good. There are guys who are considered to be the best wrestlers in the world who still have never been featured and here I am, one month in, and I'm already featured. I'm already the Television Champion even though I was the only one going into Ruthless Assault that thought I would walk out as champion.
-[Lucas King]- You're opposite on the other hand. You were all but a lock to walk out of Ruthless Assault as still the X-Core Champion and you know it. I'm sure it's killing you inside. Knowing that you aren't the champion anymore and that you have to look at the title on somebody you consider to be a friend every single night. You will get to hear him talk about his X-Core battles meanwhile you sit back and know that you're the one he took the belt from.
-[Lucas King]- I tell you what though Kuk. If you really want a chance at some gold you are more than welcome to come try and win my TV Title. I'll even put it on the line at TNT because I am that damn confident that I can and will beat you even if you are for some reason considered a top talent here. My goal on Thursday is to show these people once again just how damn good I am. I'd say you're the perfect person for me to do that against but there are plenty of other people who would put up a much bigger challenge and possibly even beat me. I respect a lot of the wrestlers in the back and recognize that at this point and time they are probably better than me. I just don't see you that way. I think you're overrated. I think you've been hiding behind the X-Core Division because you know that's all you can do. You may be too good for the TV Title, or used to be, but the Sin City Title is probably too good for you and so is the World Title.
-[Lucas King]- So that leaves nothing for you. You're good for absolutely nothing right now and I'm sure it's killing you. Well I shouldn't say that you're good for nothing. You are probably really good at moving Drake and Bliss' bags from one spot to another. The truth is the closest you will get to any titles anytime soon is when you are holding on to the rest of Age of Arrogance's titles. Then again the way I see it they will only be holding those titles for so long. The tag titles have already been taken away from you guys and it's only a matter of time before the World and X-Core Titles are as well. Age of Arrogance is crumbling meanwhile Millenium Pro Wrestling is getting stronger and stronger every single week. How long till you guys start imploding? How long till you see Cable with what should be yours and you freak the fuck out?
-[Lucas King]- Personally I don't think it's going to be long at all. You know why? Because you're weak Kuk. You play like you're big, bad, and strong but I see right through that. I know what losing is doing to you and I'm loving it because I hate Age of Arrogance and everything you guys believe in. You are the scum of the earth and you not only know it but you're proud of it. You run around hurting people for no reason and expect us all to sit back and just watch? Not me. I'm not going to sit back. If I see you guys wronging anyone and I have the power to stop it you damn well better believe that I will. I really don't care if I have to take a beatdown or two in the process. I've gotten stomped out before and I'm sure I will again at some point and I'm not scared to just like I'm not scared of Age of Arrogance. You might have the rest of these people believing that you guys are strong but I look at you and see weaknesses and lots of them at that.
-[Lucas King]- Either way on Thursday I get to do a number of things. I get to prove how good I am. I get to show the world how weak Age of Arrogance is getting. I get to show you that I am more of a King than you ever will be. And all at the same time I get to shut you the fuck up. I get to bring you down off this high you've got yourself on. What will you say when you lose to the new guy who has only been wrestling for a little over a month? Will that be rock bottom for you? I guess we are going to find out because on Thursday I'm going All In, like I always do...
(((His phone all of a sudden begins to ring. He takes it out of his pocket and it shows a private number calling. He looks back at the camera.)))
-[Lucas King]- Looks like we're going to have to cut this short because I've gotta take this. You guys can show yourselves out.
(((As the camera crew is on it's way out we hear King answer the phone.)))
-[Lucas King]- Hello?
(((Pause.)))
-[Lucas King]- Yeah I thought it was you I just had to make sure. What's going on?
(((Another pause.)))
-[Lucas King]- I'm more than ready. I haven't looked forward to anything more in a long time. And don't worry I won't let you down. I have what it takes and I'll prove it on Thursday.
(((Another pause.)))
-[Lucas King]- Right now?
(((Another pause)))
-[Lucas King]- OK, I'll be there...
(((The scene fades to static as he continues his phone call.)))
