Some people are so afraid do die that they never begin to live.
Henry Van Dyke
~Let’s Begin Shall We…………….
~The scene begins in a darken boiler room in the back of the MPW arena. Water drips, steam is produced, and the rats scurry around from one dark corner of the room to another. The camera looks around in the boiler room, looking for something. This goes on as it goes around corners and behind boxes until the camera stops at Crow. Sitting in a corner and looking off in the distance, a young female stands next to Crow with a sexy on her face. Dressed in black, the female is new to Crow as a manager. It doesn’t matter though who she is at this moment, because she’s already dead. As soon as the camera notices the two, Crow starts to make his way up to his feet. And before the pretty little girl can say anything, Crow comes behind her, grabs her by the head, and slits her throat with a razor blade. The look on her face is that of surprise and yet anger. A little bit of sadness is sprinkled in their also as tears begin to swell up in her eyes and drip down her face. What a short life for such a young girl. So many memories…….so many mistakes……so many life lessons. Poof. Gone. All for nothing as her life flashes before her eyes. The camera follows the tears as they go down her face until it mixes with the blood from the cut across her throat.
~Crow lets the body fall down to the ground and watches as the young girl dies in front of him. Crow slowly falls to one knee and kneels next to the dying girl.
Crow: “Ssssssh. It’s ok. I’m here with your final minutes my dear little girl. Death. Death is something not to fear. Death is something to rejoice over. It’s a new adventure. A new chapter to write about in your book that is your life. No more suffering. No more pain. No more worrying about your past or future. Let Death take you to your next destination in life and forget about your time in the living.”
~The female grasps for air but she can’t. Instead, blood fills up in her mouth and comes pouring out. She tries to reach out to Crow, maybe for a last minutes attempt to hit him or scratch and eye out…….but she doesn’t have the energy as her hand falls back down to the ground.
Crow: “Sleep my child. Sleep the eternal sleep and wake up in your next destination…..either in Heaven……..or in Hell.”
~Her heart thumps slower, and slower, and slower until………her heart doesn’t beat no more. Crow looks at the body without any type of expression on his face. No remorse. No sense of fulfillment. Just looking at her as if nothing special happen. Without looking up at the camera, Crow begins to talk.
Crow: “People handle death differently. Some are sadden about it. It’s hard to lose someone that’s close to you. So you may cry your eyes out and feel depressed about it. You might drink your sorrows away. You might find some type of happiness that the pain and suffering is finally over. Or you just might go down the path that I went and blow your brains out with a 9mm after your wife and unborn child are murdered. Though, I didn’t die, I came back with a new outlook with death and about life. Death is not a bad thing. Death is a release of who we once were. Death makes us into a new individual. Wiped clean of who we once were and given the tools to form a life that we want to pursue without any type of outside influence from commercials or from other human beings. No more pain. No more suffering. No more anything. Peace at last. Living in this world is worse than death itself if you really think about it. I’d love to die. I’d love to see my family again……..but I’m a Shepard to my flock. I’m here on this Earth for a reason. To help poor souls on this Earth. To let my words influence everyone that will listen and be enlighten from their sad excuse of a life.”
~Crow pauses as he takes the razor and places it next to the females eye ball.
Crow: “You may want to point that camera elsewhere unless you want to see me do some post-surgery on this poor individual.”
~The camera hesitates at first, wondering if this guy was for real. The look on Crow’s face wasn’t that of messing around though. So the camera obliges and backs away from Crow where you only see the back of Crow and not the females face. Seeing that the camera is out of range, Crow begins to work on the females face with the razor blade. While doing so, Crow begins to talk again.
Crow: “MPW staff wanted me to have a manager. They thought that my words were a little bit…….let’s say too violent for the masses. Plus, they had a new girl that they wanted to prance around in an outfit that a southerners daddy would love. That’s not my style of doing things because having a manager is like having a big red x right on your heart. You’re telling people where to point the knife at to end your life. Plus, I like to talk. My words need to be heard to the masses and my actions need to be done in my own…….specific way without some outside source telling me other whys. I’m a very violent man, and I like to keep it like that with my own style of distributing punishment. It’s worked for me for years now…….why fix something that isn’t broken?”
~With a final tug, Crow pulls out an eyeball from the young females face and holds it above his head so that the camera can get a glimpse of it. Crow slowly makes his way up to his feet and makes his way over to the camera.
Crow: “You can tell a lot when you look into someone’s eyes. You can see when they get angry. When they feel sad. When they experience being joyful and when a blanket of despair over takes them. It’s like you can look right into their soul at times if you stare hard enough. Taufik……. When I look into your eyes…….every time that you wrestle……..every time that you do a promo……..I look into your eyes Taufik and I see fear. Fear in the matter that you’re going to be fired at any moment. Fear that management is finally going to get tired of you and either send you down to the farm leagues or fire you because you aren’t cut out for the sport any more. You’ve been in MPW for how long now Taufik?.......about a year? Yet look at your career here in MPW. A horrible win/loss record and some laughable runs with the Television Title and the Tag Team Titles? You think you’re tough shit here in MPW……hence your nick name with the “Da Big Guy”……..but in fact, you will never be as great as a majority of the roster. You will never be better than Johnny Clash, Rage, Bliss, Trey Baxter, or even Jackson Blaze. You my friend belong to the lower card because you are a waste of time and breathe. Your nick name shouldn’t be “Da Big Guy”…….it should be, “King of the Lower Card.” Has a nice ring to it Taufik, don’t you think? You look the part also if you stare at you just right.”
~Crow is now just inches away from the camera’s screen as he holds up the eyeball in his bloody hand towards the camera.
Crow: “Your eyes don’t lie Taufik. You’ve thought about all of this for months now because you know you’re nothing more than a cockroach. Just another maggot that needs to be squished with a stomp from my boot. And that’s what I’m going to do Taufik. I’m going to finally end your pathetic career Taufik because I actually have the guts to do it here in MPW. Everyone wants to…….they’ve been wanting to do it for years now but no one has had the guts to actually pull the trigger. They’ve thought about it……but at that last second, their conscious kicked in and told them to walk away. Well Taufik…….I won’t, because my conscious……that little voice in the back of your head that tells you to do the right things……that part of me died decades ago. So Taufik, when I finally get my hands around you……and if I get my way, I’ll snap your neck in half and watch as you draw your final breathe in that wrestling ring.”
~Crow pulls the eyeball away from the camera and just stares into the camera now as you can see splatters of blood covering his mask.
Crow: “People will cry of course. Your mother………your father……..wife and child if you have one. Close friends and family. They’ll cry for you and look at your lifeless body……but deep down inside……deep down inside they’ll be happy because someone finally got rid of the man that was such a disappointment to everyone.”
~A slight smile can be seen on Crow’s face as he continues his promo.
Crow: “Isn’t that what you fear most in this world Taufik? Being a disappointment? It’s ok if it is. Sometimes it helps if you let it out. Say it loud and proud so that everyone can hear it. That’s the first step in any recovery process; admit that you have a problem.”
~Crow drops the eyeball on the ground and steps on it as he makes his way back to the body on the other side of the room.
Crow: “Or I could be completely wrong about everything. I’m still new to MPW and I hardly know anyone here in MPW. If you say I’m wrong……well I’m wrong……if you lie, though, I’ll be able to tell when I look into your eyes. It won’t matter much Taufik because I’m a wrestler that you have truly never faced off against before in your wrestling career. I’m one of a kind. I’m an individual who can take punishment and who likes to distribute pain in the worse of ways. I love inflicting pain onto others……it doesn’t matter if your male……female……child……or old. Everyone is equal in my eyes to my methods of torture. I call it an art work really. I see the human body as unfinished work by God. He just made the human body just too perfect to where something new needs to be added to……make it better. So I like to add my touch to Gods creation and call it mine. So I’ll add a few scars on the body with some barbed wire or broken glass or even some tacks to add some spice. I’ll form the head in a new matter by making the head gooey and more flexible by breaking down the skull into tiny little chunks. Makes it easier for me to reform it without that bothersome skull in the way. To do so? I either punch the persons head in until I see canvas or I swing with a chair. After the head is easy to reform, I form it into my own liking. I like making animal faces out of mine, more of a challenge really.”
~Crow stops as he stands at the foot of the dead body of the female. His feet cover the horrific view the females face as the camera keeps its distance from the two.
Crow: “Oh the things that I could do to the human body. My imagination is endless Taufik. The only sad thing about it is that I have so little time to preform them.”
~Crow goes down to one knee and looks over the body as he takes the razor out from his pocket and begins to work on the female’s body again.
Crow: “Taufik. I’m going to hurt you. I’m going to make an example out of you in front of everyone. To give everyone a warning of what’s to come to MPW and its roster. You’ll fight. You’ll spew some garbage at me how you’re not afraid. You’ll do what you’ll have to do to try to defeat me…….but it’ll be a waste of time on your part because you won’t be able to grasp on what I will bring into that ring. You’ll think that I’m just another individual with a few screws loose. You won’t be the first to think that and you won’t be the last that made that grave mistake because the people who usually make that assumption usually pay with it with blood. Try as you will Taufik, but after I’m done with you……hell will look like heaven.”
~Crow seems to be finally done with his job on the corps and looks back at his work to see if it’s to his liking. Taking the blade from his hand, he wipes the blood from it on the females clothing before placing it in his pocket. Crow slowly gets to his feet and walks away.
Crow: “May God have mercy on your soul……..because I will give you none.
~As Crow is walking away from the camera, you the audience can see Crow’s latest masterpiece as the camera slowly moves in to get a shot of it. To the camera’s disbelief, the once beautiful girl is now a cut up corps. The eyeball is already missing, but the thing that draws your attention first is the cuts from one cheek to the other. With these cuts, they form to what seems like a smiling face. You can’t help but think that it can’t get any worse…….but it does. As you look at the gruesome smile on the females face, you notice a small flow of blood that leads to the top of the head. As you look up to the forehead, you can see a bloody message that reads ‘Diablo Will Die’ etched in the skin. And with that, the scene ends with that message.
