(((The scene opens up to outside of the Iconic Aggression locker room where we see MPW TV Champion Lucas King standing outside. He notices the camera and looks directly into it.)))
Another match, another win. I know many will try to discredit my win, and I could care less. At the end of the day I did what I always do and I came out with the win. My record stayed unblemished, I stayed TV Champion, and I continue to get better and better at the same time.
This week on TNT I get a chance at getting my tenth win in just as many tries. I've got to believe that not many people have done that to start they're careers here in the MPW. I continue to show that I am the future of not only this company but of wrestling in general.
I told everyone months ago when I joined that my first goal was to win the TV Title. It didn't take me long to achieve that goal. My second goal was to be the greatest TV Champion of all time. So far, so good. Now by my calculations I have now been the TV Champion for 2 months. I believe it's something like 65 days on Thursday. That means I'm about two weeks from becoming the longest reigning TV Champion of all time.
What's standing in my way? The same thing that was standing in my way at Uprising. The same person that I BEAT at Uprising. Of course I'm talking about Gabriel Griffin. A guy who still thinks he's better than me and still thinks he should be TV Champion right now and not me. I'm sorry Gabe, but you're not taking the TV Title from me, not yet at least.
I'm so close to achieving one of my biggest goals and I'm not going to let a little prick like you get in my way. Do you really think this being a Lumberjack match gives you a better chance of winning? You could have every single one of those guys on your team and at the end of the day I would still beat you on Thursday, and I will still be TV Champion.
Why? There's a lot of reasons but the main ones being I'm just flat out better than you. You may think you're motivated to become TV Champion, but I'm even more motivated to be the BEST TV Champion. And the BEST TV Champion of all time doesn't lose to Gabriel Griffin on TNT.
Now I watched Gabe's promo and listened to him talk about art and some stupid shit like that. Apparently he is going to be fighting the good fight. Apparently Gabe is the guy who is going to stop the evil. I'm guessing that myself and Iconic Aggression are the evil in this situation.
Which is completely fine with us. We have no problem being thought of as the bad guys. Hell, Trey has even started calling himself that. We love that role. We love the fact that you all hate us. It's beautiful really.
Apparently I'm flushing my career away. How so Gabe? The way I see it I'm one of the hottest wrestlers out right now and I continue to get better. I'm the current TV Champion, and despite what others may think, I'm perfectly fine with my role. I want it.
I've said time and time again my goal is to the greatest TV Champion of all time. I plan on doing that before I do ANYTHING else. Some people say don't you think you deserve a Sin City Title shot? Well yeah, of course I do. Do I want one though? Not yet. In fact, I'm not even close to that moment where I'm going to be ready to step up to that next level.
I am perfectly content where I am. I am perfectly fine being the third member of the greatest stable of all time. People may say I'm the worst out of the three, and I just might be, but I'm STILL better than you.
And on Thursday Night I'm going to prove it. I'm going to prove that it doesn't matter what kind of match it is and it doesn't matter who I'm facing because I will still come out on top. The best part is I'll be able to prove I don't need ANY help to do so. So I hope you're ready to walk the walk Gabe, because all this talking is getting pretty stale to me. I'm ready for action.
