(We open up in the middle of no way, a highway just a few miles outside of Iowa and were inside of a diner, not many people are there, just the odd few. Truckers taking a break, travelers passing through. As the camera pans around we notice a couple in the background, the camera zooms in and we see that it’s Jason X and Faith, the camera zooms in on the table there sitting at, Jason who is wearing a black hoody, black jeans, and Faith wearing blue jeans, and a black t-shirt)
Jason X: So are we going to talk about it?
Faith: Talk about what?
Jason X: Last week?
Faith: Sure you know exactly how I feel about the women in wrestling and for you to do that to Chrissy Starr stopped some process that we struggle to try and get noticed.
(Jason looks awkward for a second)
Jason X: I know it wasn’t great but it was for the greater good.
Faith: Greater good, what you mean by that?
(The vein in Jason’s forehead is visible)
Jason X: The greater good is that WE not just me but we need to move forward in MPW and not be taken for small time wrestler’s anymore. I need to continue what I’m doing and continue moving upwards and getting my chance at the TV title.
Faith: I know that, but something could happen.
Jason X: Like what?
Faith: That you can get corrupted, in your pursuit.
Jason X: I am corrupted I’ll admit. But it’s not down to me; it’s down to the politics that MPW has. I do not need to list the reason why I lost the TV title in the first but I can say I got screwed. Now is the time I turn this company on its head and make them look at us.
Faith: I know honey, but how far will it go?
Jason X: As long as it needs to for me to get that title back, and not just the TV title. I need my chances in the Sin City championship and the world heavyweight title. It is the same guys surrounding the world title all the time and it needs to change.
Faith: I understand but can you say you’ll never injure other women again?
Jason X: No I can’t promise you that, haven’t you seen my match this week?
Faith: No.
(Jason’s sigh before speaking)
Jason X: I’m in a tag match with Lucas King against Gabe Griffin and Chrissy Starr. To be honest I’m on my own in this match, all three have every purpose to attack me and forget about winning the match, that why I need you there.
Faith: Ok I’ll come to the show, but things are still difficult.
Jason X: Ok, thank you, I love you.
(The scene fades to black)
(The scene re-opens up and were inside Wells Fargo Arena, the ring is set up for the show and the seats are all in place, we scan around and we see Jason sitting in a chair a few rows back looking down at the ring, the look on Jason’s face is determined, tension building up ready for the show)
Jason X: Last week I had the tiniest of revenge against Gabe Griffin for all the times he beat me when I was under the bad luck I was having, for all the matches I lost I couldn’t pick up a victory. Last week I got some back and it felt great, I told you all that I could beat Gabe Griffin on my best day and that I proved. However I wasn’t the only person, who got the tiniest amount of revenge last week, while I was celebrating my victory Chrissy Starr thought she’d rush out and attack me, really Chrissy?
(The disapproving look on Jason’s face appears as he continues)
Jason X: Chrissy you thought you had some sort of accomplishment when you attacked me last week, wrong. It meant nothing. It has now become my fuel for this match we are in this week. This week I’m the person on the outside looking in. I have a target on my back from not you just you and Gabe Griffin but also Lucas King my own tag partner.
(The frown on Jason’s face is growing)
Jason X: You probably get the reasons why you and Gabe Griffin are targeting me, I injured you Chrissy and last week I beat Gabe Griffin, but that’s not going to stop me continuing my ways. This week I continue to win and there’s nothing anyone can do because I do not FEAR anyone. All three of you can target me all day long I overcome the odds.
(A sudden smile appears on his)
Jason X: I know what’s to come when concerning myself on you two however my problem is Lucas King. The so called TV champ is my tag partner this week and that is my concern. He has every purpose in stabbing me in the back or letting my get attacked again because he knows I’m the only real threat to his TV title. I’m gunning for that title Lucas and you’re currently the holder, you’ve had it easy compared to what I went through as champion. You’ve been lucky indeed but now isn’t the time when you face me for the TV title now is the time we band together, and wipe the floor with our opponents. I’d suggest you throw any notion of thought of backstabbing me out the window and follow my lead in this match.
(Jason takes a small breath before speaking)
Jason X: Lucas you want to win and so do I it’s as simple as that we can beat these two. The time will happen when I get my chance at the TV title but for now let’s get this problem out the way.
(Jason’s hair gets in his face and he uses his hand to move it away)
Jason X: Depending on how Lucas responds to me I know I need my eyes open, I have my eyes open. I’m smarter, faster and my driven than anyone and I’ll show everyone why I am on top of my game and I’m not slowing down for anyone. No more am I in the background I’m on the frontline where the glory is. I’m going to be more cunning than anyone else in this match and I’ll always will be watching everyone’s faces.
(A smile on Jason’s face appears)
Jason X: Two my opponents Gabe Griffin and Chrissy Starr, I am ready for what you can bring because I am focused, I am prepared and I am driven. I am taking this win and there’s nothing you can do about it.
(With that being said the scene fades to black)
