So that's what it feels like to lose? It had been so long since I lost a singles match in the MPW that I forgot what it was like to lose and I remember why I hate it so much. I've been in a terrible mood ever since. I've got to admit that Johnny Clash came to fight last Thursday and he got the win fair and square. He needed that shit though. He needed that win way more than I did. If he didn't win that match he would have nothing. His last few months would be an absolute waste. But now he has a win over one of the best wrestlers in the world, and has become the only person to ever beat me twice in singles action. Hell...he's my only two singles losses here in the MPW. I still stand by the fact that I own you, Johnny. I also am STILL the MPW World Heavyweight Champion, and that is the only thing that really matters.
Being the MPW World Champion still makes me the best wrestler in the world and until someone takes it from me that is going to remain a fact. Luckily I seem to bounce back pretty well from losses. Seeing how the last time I lost I didn't lose for another 8 months. So it's time to bounce back and do what I do best and that's win matches and that's main event shows.
There have been a lot of people asking me who I'm going to choose for my opponent for Gold Rush and when I'm going to choose my opponent for Gold Rush. I honestly haven't made my mind up yet. I do not know if there is anyone on this roster, or any roster for that matter, that deserves a shot at the World Title or that could hang in a match with me. None of these guys have shown me that they have what it takes to knock off the king, and I'm on record saying I don't want an easy win. I want to show the world that I am the best and that means defending against the best possible person. I want somebody who can step in the ring with me and put on a show at Gold Rush. I've been in the majority of the classic matches here in the MPW and I want Gold Rush to be another one of those nights.
People may hate me but there is no way that anyone can argue with the product. Week in and week out I bring it and week in and week out I get the job done. People may hate me but they love to watch me. They know that I'm an artist in that ring and on the mic. We are moving into the second year of this companies existence and I want to make sure it is just as good as the last one. But make no mistake about it. Next year at this time I will still be standing in front of you as the best wrestler in the world, and I will still be standing in front of you as the MPW World Champion.
I'm going to do things that are unheard of in this business. I'm going to win more matches than anyone has ever won. I'm going to be the most dominant World Champion that wrestling has ever seen. I want everyone to fear me, and I mean EVERYONE. I'm the type of guy who is never satisfied no matter how good things are going. I'm on top of the world right now and have done basically everything there is to be done in Millenium Pro Wrestling. Yet I'm still looking for ways to get better. I'm nowhere near where I want to be when my career is over.
Even though I am not the biggest fan of tag matches where I don't get to choose my partner I will say that I am looking forward to finally get in the ring with this White Mask joker. Beating Nytrus again will just be an added bonus. Something I've done over and over and over again. That's even how I get the chance to choose my own opponent for Gold Rush. I guess I should be thanking Nytrus. Then again it really wouldn't have mattered who I face at Gold Rush.
I hope you boys are ready to step up to my world. Step up to the big show. Not everyone can handle the bright lights that are a TNT main event. They cower away like Dwight Howard and just aren't made for that stage. You two seem to think you are yet have done absolutely nothing to prove that you belong there. At least Cable has proven he can be a champion here before for more than just a week.
As far as Cable goes...I can't say I'm too happy about it. But there isn't a damn thing I can do about it. So I'll carry Cable just like I have many partners before and I'll show why I am one half of the tag team champions and show my versatility.
Thursday can't come soon enough as I look to get back into the win column after losing last Thursday. It's got me feeling unsettled. Like I won't feel good again until I get that next win. Which means I'm going to be bringing everything I have to this match and will make sure my team walks out with the win. All Cable really has to do is show up, and hell...he might not even have to do that.
Either way I'm going to put someone's LIGHTS OUT...

[The scene opens up to the Iconic Aggression locker room. It is Thursday at around 1 P.M. as we are inside the locker room where we see Trey Baxter passed out on the couch in the same clothes he was wearing the day before. All of a sudden we hear the toilet flush as Lucas King stumbles out of the bathroom almost falling. He leans up against the wall and falls asleep as Trey all of a sudden wakes up and looks around at a completely trashed locker room.]
Trey Baxter: What the fuck?
[He looks around some more and then see's King asleep leaning against the wall.]
Trey Baxter: What the fuck happened last night?
[He sits up as he wipes his face and then picks up the bottle of water in front of him, opens it up, and starts drinking before spitting it out.]
Trey Baxter: Fucking vodka!
[He sets the bottle down and looks around and picks up an open beer from the table and takes a sip before walking into the bathroom and beginning to take a piss. He all of a sudden hears something and looks over at the shower.]
Trey Baxter: Hello? Is someone there?
[He pulls the shower curtain to reveal Ashton Kutcher in the bathtub passed out with a naked girl passed out on top of him.]
Trey Baxter: The fuck? Is that Ashton Kutcher?
[He finishes pissing and then walks out of the bathroom and looks around the room and then back into the bathroom.]
Trey Baxter: I guess we had a good night...
[All of a sudden there is a knock on the door. Trey walks over and answers the door and as he does he see's Tasha Jordan standing in front of the door with a camera crew behind her.]
Tasha Jordan: Hey Trey...
Trey Baxter: Hey Tasha...
Tasha Jordan: I had a great time last night...
[Trey pauses for a moment as he shuts the door behind him.]
Trey Baxter: You did?
Tasha Jordan: Yup.
[She smiles.]
Trey Baxter: With me?
Tasha Jordan: Of course...
[He goes silent for a moment as he still can't recall anything from the night before.]
Tasha Jordan: You don't even remember what happened last night...do you?
Trey Baxter: Sorry...I'm not even sure how I got back here.
Tasha Jordan: Well you do remember telling me that you'd give me an interview right?
Trey Baxter: I did?
Tasha Jordan: Yes.
Trey Baxter: Well did I at least get something for it?
Tasha Jordan: A few times...
[She smiles at him again.]
Trey Baxter: Since I can't remember can I get something now?
Tasha Jordan: Maybe after the interview.
Trey Baxter: Fine, go ahead.
Tasha Jordan: I'm sure it's not what you want to hear but how do you feel about losing to Johnny Clash last week on the one year anniversary show?
Trey Baxter: It is what it is. He was better than me that night. It won't happen again.
Tasha Jordan: Are you saying you want to fight him again?
Trey Baxter: I'm saying this thing between Johnny Clash and myself is nowhere near over. He got the win and he should be proud of himself. He can enjoy it, and I'm sure he will. I probably won't hear the end of it for a long time. The thing is I'm still holding my World Title and that's the only thing that really matters. This isn't college football where one loss and you're basically out of competition for that year. I hate losing but it's part of this business. You take it and you grow from it and that's exactly what I'm going to do. I'll use it to get better. I'll use it to figure out where some of my weaknesses are and I'll come back stronger the next time. It might have even been good for me.
Tasha Jordan: How so?
Trey Baxter: I was on a pretty big singles win streak and losing now might be better than stumbling during a World Title defense. Like I said though I will just use it to get better and next time I can guarantee I'll be more prepared.
Tasha Jordan: You still get to choose who you face at Gold Rush for the World Title. Any choices in mind?
Trey Baxter: I really don't know yet. I'm actually going to seriously start looking into it and figuring out who it's going to be. I think by tonight I'll have at least a little better of an idea of who it is I'm going to pick. But it really doesn't matter because whoever I pick I will beat. The title isn't changing hands anytime soon.
Tasha Jordan: Now before we get to this week's main event. What's the deal with Jackson Blaze? When will he be back?
Trey Baxter: That's something you're going to have to ask him. He's out doing what he has to do right now and in the meantime King and myself will continue to hold down the fort. We are still the Tag Team Champions. Iconic Aggression isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
Tasha Jordan: Speaking of the MPW Tag Titles. Recently one of the newest sensations here in the MPW has been The Night Terrors. A new team who has shown they have potential to be very successful here. They have been calling for a match against Blaze and yourself for the tag titles. Have you heard any of the things they've had to say about you guys?
Trey Baxter: Not really but I have people who fill me in every now and then. I heard they were calling us out pretty recently and so I went and checked out the promo's and laughed my ass off. These guys actually think they have what it takes to beat Jackson Blaze and myself and become the new Tag Team Champions. I'll give them one thing: they've got some balls on them. It takes a lot of balls to come out and say the things they've been saying about us. They're new so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. They obviously have no idea who Jackson Blaze and Trey Baxter are. They obviously don't know that Iconic Aggression runs things and there isn't anyone out there that has come even close to beating us. If the Night Terrors want a shot they can step up and we will beat them just like we beat everyone else.
Tasha Jordan: So you're saying you want the match?
Trey Baxter: I've never backed down from a challenge in my life and I'll be damned if I'm going to start now. The same goes for Jackson. We aren't scared of anyone. We know there isn't a team in the world that can beat us. So when Blaze comes back, we can gladly make this thing happen. Then we can show these guys exactly why it is that we are the Tag Champions and exactly why we hold ALL the gold. These guys obviously need to be taught a lesson and I have no problem being the one who does it. Hell...I'll take them on in a handicap match if I have to. Trey Baxter doesn't back down.
Tasha Jordan: Well I think that should make for an interesting time once Blaze is able to come back.
Trey Baxter: Yeah once he gets back we can show everyone just why and how we took this place over. I'm tired of all these people thinking that Iconic Aggression is weak right now because Blaze is gone. We still have the two best active wrestlers in the MPW and nothing is going to change that.
Tasha Jordan: Well that brings us to this weeks match. You will be teaming with Cable to go up against Brandon Nytrus and newcomer White Mask. First of all, how do you feel about having to team with Chris Cable, a guy you have had a lot of problems with in the past?
Trey Baxter: It's bullshit. I don't understand why Lucas King isn't my tag team partner instead of Cable. I recognize that Cable has some talent and he put up a great effort against me a few weeks back when I defended my World Title for the first time. As long as he shows up and does his job I won't have any problems with him. He's lucky to be teamed with the greatest MPW wrestler of all time and basically guarantee's him a win.
Tasha Jordan: So is the beef between you two squashed?
Trey Baxter: It is and it isn't. I still don't like the guy and his new best friend Andre Dixon. I do recognize, however, that he is ten times the man that Drake Hunter ever was. At least Cable has never ducked me or backed down for a challenge. For that he's earned at least a little bit of my respect.
Tasha Jordan: One of your opponents for the week is the man you faced very recently, Brandon Nytrus. Any comments about him or the comments he made about you this week?
Trey Baxter: What comments did he make about me?
Tasha Jordan: First he said that it would be fun because none of your "boyfriends" will be there to help...
Trey Baxter: Still with that shit? Did I not prove to him, when I beat his ass for the third time without help, that I don't need help? Dude needs to get the fuck out of here with that shit.
Tasha Jordan: He also claimed that you would respect him more this time around because of your battle two weeks ago. Is that true?
Trey Baxter: I guess you could say that. I'll give it to Nytrus that he's gotten a lot better over the last year. The thing is I never denied that in the first place. I told him before our match that he's come a long way. In the last year Nytrus and myself have gone to war, not just fought, but gone to war three different times. Every single time was harder than the previous. For that I do respect Nytrus. That's one thing about me. If someone proves they're worth then I will give them the credit they are due. Does that mean I think he's on the same level as me? Of course he isn't. I've proven that time and time again and I'll do it again.
Tasha Jordan: That brings us to the unknown in the match: White Mask. Who do you think he is?
Trey Baxter: Who do I think he is? The thing about that is that I don't care who he is. I really just don't give a fuck. He can be the god damn boogie man and I'll still drop his ass just like I do everyone else.
Tasha Jordan: Did you get a chance to check out his most recent promo?
Trey Baxter: Nah...not yet. What did he have to say?
Tasha Jordan: Well he first said something about how crazy would it be if he was Jackson Blaze...
Trey Baxter: Stop right there. I want to fill the world in on something. White Mask is NOT Jackson Blaze. Jackson Blaze does not LOSE and is not a LOSER. White Mask is. Jackson Blaze has never needed to hide who he is from anyone and never will. Now I'm sure this guy WISHES he was Jackson Blaze, but I am here to let everyone know that he isn't. Hell...he couldn't even hold Jackson's jockstrap.
Tasha Jordan: He seemed to have some pretty nice things to say about you and about how successful you have been...
Trey Baxter: Well that's just stating the obvious. White Mask is a lot of things, but a future World Champion isn't one of them. Not here at least. Not while I'm still around. There's just something about this guy that I don't like. I don't know what it is. Maybe it's the fact that he thinks he's the shit. Maybe it's the fact that he wears a mask...because who does that? In my opinion only pussies wear masks...
Tasha Jordan: Well then. Thank you for your time. Any last words before I let you go?
Trey Baxter: You mean before you come with me?
Tasha Jordan: ...
[She just smiles as he looks into the camera.]
Trey Baxter: In all honesty I'm looking forward to this match. Beating Nytrus is always fun. The thing I'm looking forward to though is getting in the ring with this White Mask dude. He better hope I'm feeling nice because I might fuck around, hit him with the Lights Out, and then unmask the son of a bitch and ruin his whole plan. Why? Because I can. Because I am Trey fucking Baxter and I run shit. It's about time this White Mask learns that.
Tasha Jordan: Thanks Trey...
[They continue to talk as the scene eventually fades to her coming into the locker room with him.]
