Bouncing back usually feels great. Coming off a loss and getting that next win just makes it all OK...you know what I mean? Last weeks tag team win didn't do that though. It didn't get the job done. Despite the fact that I completely dominated that match.
This week is going to be different though. This week is one on one action in the main event. This week is what everyone pays for. This week I get to get my real bounce back win. This week when I beat Chris Cable....again...I will feel better about my loss a few weeks ago.
So it's Trey Baxter versus Chris Cable part like thirty and let's face it we ALL know how this movie ends. It's the same shit different match. Cable is going to come out and give it his all and actually think that he has a chance to win the match the entire time when we all know he really doesn't. It's quite valiant of him but unfortunately for him that's not what makes you the World Champion of the best company in the world. I have literally made guys quit this business and flock to other federations because they knew they couldn't cut it against me. They were tired of losing to me and I can't blame them. Losing twice in singles action in the last year has been tough enough I couldn't imagine losing over and over and over again to the same person. It would drive me insane.
Obviously the same can't be said for Cable who has lost to me more times than almost anyone. I'm sure Cable will put up a fight but at the end of the night he's just going to end up like he has every single other time we've met...with his LIGHTS OUT...

[The scene opens up to the house MJ built: The United Center in Chicago, IL. The last house show before TNT is currently taking place as in the ring the main event has just come to an end when all of a sudden "Guerilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine hits over the PA System as the fans go nuts as Trey Baxter walks out onto the top of the ramp with a black Iconic Aggression t-shirt and some jeans on with his MPW World Heavyweight Title over his shoulder and his Tag Title around his waist. He slowly walks down the ramp as the crowd cheers for the most part. He climbs into the ring and grabs a mic and stops in the middle of the ring and lets out a smile as he looks around at the sold out arena.]
Trey Baxter: CHICAGO...
[The fans begin to cheer.]
Trey Baxter: God it feels GREAT to be HOME!
[The crowd begins to chant his name for a moment.]
Trey Baxter: I've always loved coming home. The ONLY place where I can walk into an arena and know that everyone in the fans is a piece of shit. Don't get me wrong...a lot of you are fucking assholes...
[He gets some boo's and as he does he smiles and shrugs his shoulders.]
Trey Baxter: We all know it's true...but never the less I enjoy coming out here and more importantly I enjoy competing in front of you. Every time I'm in a match in Chicago it's a completely different game. It means so much more.
Tomorrow night I am going to be in this same ring in the main event putting on a show for my home town and I can guarantee you that nobody will be disappointed with what they see.
How could you, it's me after all. And even though I don't like Chris Cable there is no doubt that he is at least going to bring his shit this week like he always does. Unfortunately for him, and the majority of the roster, that just isn't going to be enough against me. There's a reason that I am where I am today. There's a reason this last year has gone the ways it have. There's a reason that people are literally scared to face me. I am the BEST wrestler in the world. I'm the best wrestler this company has ever seen. On top of that I'm a better wrestler than any wrestler in any federation in the world and that includes those fucking WWO rejects.
Yeah I said it...too bad nobody down there has the balls to say anything back to me. And yeah I say down there because no matter what they do or think they will always be below us.
[He busts out laughing for a minute before gaining his composure.]
Trey Baxter: I digress though. Back to Chris Cable. I saw your little promo Cable and I've got to say I was impressed by a few things. I was impressed with the amount of credit you gave me. I was also impressed by the fact that you STILL think you're going to beat me after all this time. You even claimed to be a main eventer now. And while I will admit you have been in more main events recently then you ever were. You want to know whats similar about those main events though? They were either against me or teaming with me.
You aren't in the main event this week because you should be there based on your name and your name alone. You're in the main event this week because you are facing ME. The sooner you get that through your head the better off you're going to be Cable. I know you still think you can beat me but the fact is I'm the god damn MPW World Champion for a reason!
[He holds the title high in the air as he pauses for a few moments before putting it back over his shoulder.]
Trey Baxter: Meanwhile there is no doubting you've gotten better over the last year. Hell...I never thought you could be a Sin City Title contender and you'll be fighting for the title in a few weeks. The thing is that won't get it done just like it hasn't gotten it done time after time when I've beaten your ass over and over again.
But you KNOW you're going to beat me. That's funny. I didn't know you were a comedian Cable? You beat me? Would you even know what to do if I was knocked out in the middle of the ring? It's something you've never seen before. It's always you passed the fuck out in the middle of my ring and then you wake up minutes later not knowing what happened meanwhile knowing what happened at the same time. You know I knocked you the fuck out you just don't know how it happened. The last thing you remember was being in the ring going toe to toe with the champ and the next thing you know you're being woken up by referee's and asked to get the fuck out of the ring so they can clean shit up.
The crazy thing is you'll get up and go about your crazy life and do whatever crazy shit you Australians do and you will still think that you're better than me. Despite the fact that I've beaten you more times than you can even count.
I wouldn't take it personally though. It's just business. I don't get joy beating you over and over and over again...ah who am I kidding...of course I do. It's almost becoming a fun little game. How many times is it going to take me beating Cable for him to pack his bags and leave. So far he's been man enough to keep coming back and keep trying harder and harder and that is at least more than I can say about a lot of other guys.
That's why I respect you Cable. Yeah...I said it. Enjoy that shit because you probably will never hear it again. The thing is just because I respect you doesn't mean that I'm going to take it easy on you. It's quite the opposite. It means I'm going to give it everything I've got and that...well that's bad news for you.
I'll see you all tomorrow night Chicago. Be ready for the show of your lives...
[His music hits as he holds both his titles high in the air and the scene fades to black.]
