[The scene opens up in the darkened Staples Center in Los Angeles, focused on the newly crowned Television champion…Jason X. However, this time instead of hanging out in some hotel room somewhere it's pretty obvious where exactly in the building he is... as he is currently seated in the nosebleed sections of the arena... with all but the bare minimum of lights turned on... Jason currently wearing all black clothes, a black t-shirt, black baggy jeans, with his black and blonde dyed hair tied back in a ponytail with the odd string of hair covering his face, the camera pans onto the Television title that is over his left shoulder in full view]
Jason X: So last week on the newly weekly show Reloaded I was granted a TV title match against Lucas King and after everything was said and done I walked away with the TV title, making me a two time Television champion. Everything I have been through in the last few months and everything I’ve been through since losing the TV title the first time will make be a better champion. I showed the world that if you give me a shot, I will succeed. I proved to everyone that whoever bets against me will lose. Now let’s look at the former TV champion, Lucas King. His title reign was impressive no doubt and in the ten wins he had he only defended the title once, and once he lost the title to me he packed his bags, tucked in his tail and ran out the door. Lucas King doesn’t have the backbone or balls to fight for his chance. Unlike me because since losing the title in the first place I’ve done nothing but fight my way through, I’ve stayed through the easy and the tough times. Lucas King didn’t stay through his tough times, which makes him a loser. You can always judge the people around you on what they do when the hard times come and Lucas King proved to everyone that he doesn’t have the stuff to stick through those hard times, well the TV title is better without him, it’s where it rightfully deserves back in my possession and most importantly, MPW is better off without that loser Lucas King.
[Jason smirks slightly]
Jason X: Now last week I wasn’t booked for a match, I decided to make my presence known at the commentary table and do a bit of announcing with Thomas Simon and Richie Rhodes in the number one contender for MY TV title match against Taufik and Emi Yamamoto in which I have every right to scout for. I decided to make it interesting and have no number one contender for my title, yet out of nowhere Bob Herman decide to get into my business and make a triple threat match for MY title at High Stakes, Bob Herman wants to punish me for making good TV, screw you Bob Herman. I’ll show you. You want to punish me like the previous Powers That Be then fine see what happens because there is no way shape or form that I am losing this title again. I made a boring match between Taufik and Emi Yamamoto spike through the ratings and made MPW better that week, and you want to punish me. My first title match is a three way dance, so be it. I’ve fought for far too long to lose it at the first hurdle it’s not going to happen.
[Jason wipes some of the odd string of hair back]
Jason X: And now we have this week, I’m in a six-person match with two newcomers on my side in Soul Shadow and Aeryn Ashfield. I get to take two newcomers and show them how it’s done in MPW, first we have Soul Shadow. You see Soul Shadow I saw you last week take an impressive victory, it was impressive. I look forward to teaming with you, but make no mistake about it I’m in charge, I’m the TV champ and you will follow my lead. Do that and we’ll take this match with ease, we’ll dominate this match.
[Jason stares into the camera]
Jason X: My problem that I have with my team is Aeryn Ashfield; she lost her match with Laila last week. She’s the weak link. But if you do as you’re told and show fire, passion we’ll get on just fine.
[Jason nods at the camera slightly but continues talking without missing a beat]
Jason X: Then we have our opponents for this week and first of its Chris Radke, another newcomer to MPW. Chris I don’t know who you are but stay out of the TV champs way and you’ll stay here for a little longer, in fact just don’t show up. Do yourself a favor don’t show up and avoid an ass kickin’.
[Jason now takes a quick breath pausing for a moment]
Jason X: Next we have Emi Yamamoto, Emi you were impressive last week in the number one contender match for MY TV title, powerbombing Taufik was impressive the guy is twice you’re size. But I’m not Taufik, I am the TV champ. I will be more cunning than anyone in this matchup and I’ll show you why I’m the TV champ.
[Jason looks at the Television title clutching it while it sits on his shoulder]
Jason X: Taufik, you and I are no stranger to one another in fact we’ve been doing this dance since day one of MPW. And somehow you’ve managed to one-up me mostly every time with choke outs, street fights, No Disqualification stipulations. But this is a six-person match my eyes will be wide open and ready to hurt you. All I have to wait for is September 22nd for High Stakes 2 that’s the day I’m looking ahead too. Taufik This match is a preview on what’s to come because I’m not the same Jason X you’ve been fighting since day one anymore. I’ve let out a more dangerous, devious and have a killer instinct to my game. Go ask Chrissy Starr, go ask Gabe Griffin what’s it’s like with this new Jason X you see.
[Jason smirks again]
Jason X: This match is a preview on what’s to come, I’m not going to lose the TV title at High Stakes 2, and I’m not going to lose to anyone. Everyone needs to take notice on that before trying to come at me because I will show everyone why I am a two time TV champ, through my fire and drive.
[Jason leans his head back before one final speech]
Jason X: I am fully ready and focused on this match and know that I am going to win. You see everyone soon.
