[The scene opens up and YOUR Television champion Jason X stands on a balcony. There’s not much to the balcony apart from a seating area with a table and chairs, nothing else of note except for Jason X standing on the balcony. Jason who is wearing some black baggy jeans, a black hoody jacket and the Television championship over his right shoulder, Rumor has it that he never goes anywhere without it, and rest assured that those rumors are true.]
Jason X: So here I am back home in Las Vegas one of the greatest cities in the world and more importantly it is where I grew up, right here in this very house. I grew up wanting to be inside of a ring, and I did just that. I trained and trained and earned my way into the wrestling business and now not only have I earned my way in I’ve done pretty all right if I say so, I’ve had championship gold on number occasions and even now I’m you’re TV champion, this place Las Vegas has many fond memories for me, it has many fond dreams for me because I slept in this house knowing I would make it and five, ten, twenty plus years later I have made it. This weekend is another testament to me that I can overcome all the odds, because I’m not back in my hometown for nothing, I’m here because I have a triple threat match for my TV title at the High Stakes 2 show on Sunday. In two days I’m going to step in front of my fans, in the MGM Grand Arena and steal the show.
[Jason’s hand touches the championship, rubbing his hands all over it]
Jason X: Taufik you and I both know that this match will end up a me versus you match, it’s inevitable. You and I have been going at it since day one and we both hate each other, but for you to think you’re going to walk into my town and leave the new TV champion you must be on crack, you must be on cocaine because that dream of yours will never happen. Two weeks ago I set the standard, I cause the domino to fall and the domino effect is in full swing, two weeks ago I had you planted on the canvas and pinned your ass to the mat. I told you that two weeks ago was the turning point of our rivalry, it will continue and I know that this match is elimination style rules so that means that the friendship between you and Emi Yammamoto cannot take advantage, that team-up between the pair of you will not happen because you have to have eyes wide open. Believe me Taufik my eyes are fully open and are searching, scanning weakness the pair of you have and I have them scouted. I’m not heading into this pay-per-view without a card up my sleeve, and trust me you won’t know until it’s too late. Taufik you better bring a knife, you better bring a gun because that is the only way for you to grab my TV title I have fought for too long to let this slip out of my grasp, it’s not going anywhere.
[The faintest smirk appears, but is gone just as quickly.]
Jason X: Taufik you mentioned about my match last week against Roxi Johnson, and although I don’t want to speak about it I will explain that, I was exhausted. Bob Hermann has been booking me nonstop in order to make me tired for this match at High stakes 2, but I’m rested I’m ready and I will show it in the ring, I will not be holding back and I will not be letting anything show that I am tired in anyway. Because my TV title is the fuel I need to keep going, knowing it’s under threat is fueling me to kick ass and protect it. That is what’s coming your way Taufik me on form and on top of my game because the TV title is everything to me, you calling me a weak champion is a false statement. I’m one of the strongest champion’s this title has ever seen and not talking just physical strength, I’m talking mentally and emotionally strength, because only someone who has been through the dirt and the decay of a losing streak like I have for the best part of the year can end up on top and crowned champion. That is the inner strength I have and you do not. You have even been in the title picture until you was handed a number one contendership match yet despite my losing streak I was fighting and clawing my way back to where I belong with the TV title in my possession. I have what it takes to leave my hometown still you TV champion and you do not have what it takes to beat me when this is on the line. My heart, passion and determination will be the factor I need to keep my focus and be on form when facing you.
[Jason’s eyes widened as he speaks]
Jason X: Taufik you believe you actually believe that you have me in the bag don’t you that you already have me easily beat. I know our history state that you have more wins over me than I do you but one thing is for sure is that I overcome the odds. This is the biggest challenge I have since becoming a two time champion and I will not let it slip away. I NEED no I WILL push myself even further to beat you and I will leave it all in the ring, Taufik I don’t give two shit’s that I have two contenders for my title, it could be any type of match Bob Hermann can throw at me the end will the same, me walking out with MY TV title and trust me that is what is going to happen. No more bitching and no more whining I am focused on what I have to do and I am focused on protecting my title like my life is on the line and it is. I do not take it for granted and I will fight for it and Taufik believe me when I say that I will not be beat.
Jason X: I'm climbing, inch by inch. My fingernails might be worn bloody and broken, but I am here with my TV title, and I'm not letting up. Sorry Taufik but you’re just not that good. Not by a long shot. Believe what you want about yourself and believe what you want about me but trust me when the dust settle and I’m standing over you with my TV title in my hands and celebrating my win, then you’ll know. But if you actually believe for even an instant that you're leaving with my title... Boy, you'd better see a specialist, because you're positively delusional! This title will remain with me I promise you that.
[Jason takes a deep breath]
Jason X: Now I know I’ve paid far too much attention to you Taufik in this, attention that you don’t actually deserve and I know this is a triple threat which means a third person involved, that third person is Emi Yammamoto. Emi I know you and Taufik have a friendship and I know you’ll allow yourself to get beat in order for Taufik to become champ. Well if that’s the case then you’re a retard. You’re in this business to win championships for yourself and not help your friends win them that is why I am offering you some advice. Don’t show up and save yourself the embarrassment of being beaten by me. I do not care for your friendship I care about my title and as I’ve stated I will do ANYTHING to keep it and trust me I will, so Emi Yammamoto consider yourself in this and not think about Taufik, consider your well being because I will hurt you. You’re a threat at least a minor threat to my title and that I take serious.
[Jason clutches onto his TV championship, still sitting on his right shoulder]
Jason X: I have one goal in mind-one journey-one mission and that is leaving my hometown with my TV title, and believe me I will stop at nothing in order to keep this belt where it belongs over my shoulder. I’m going to walk down that isle look each of you in the eyes and defend what’s MINE. Defend my TV title and show each of you that I deserve to retain this belt than either of you deserve to win it, believe me on that. So as I wrap this up trust me I am coming to the MGM Grand Arena fighting, clawing and protecting my title, I’ll see you both soon.
