"Well, ladies and gents, we'll be right back with new MPW/Step Up Superstar, 'The Hardcore Icon' Brandon Nytrus, right after this commercial break."
The local radio station, Las Vegas Strip Talk Radio, is having it's first MPW Wrestler ever to come and talk on the newly formed radio station.
The two DJ's, Tyler Plotnicki and Chase Freeman, are big wrestling fans. Tyler is a big, hefty, bald headed, 40 year old man who has been a fan his whole life. Chase, skinnier, early 30s, blonde buzz-cut hair, tattoos up the right arm.
Tyler is more enthusiastic, makes a lot of jokes and asks the funny questions most of the time.
Chase likes to ask the more serious questions and though he will laugh at some of Tyler's jokes and make some of his own, he likes to maintain a serious composure.
Brandon enters the room and shakes hands with the two men and has a seat before the station comes on air once more from commercials.
"We're back here on Las Vegas Strip Talk Radio, I'm Tyler Plotnicki and joining me and my partner Chase in the studio is none other than 'The Hardcore Icon' himself, Brandon Nytrus. Welcome, man."
"It's good to be here, man. I've been listening to the station for the past couple days, since it started, it's cool to be here for MPW."
"Speaking of MPW...we know that this coming week, actually tomorrow, you'll be in the main event of their internet show, Step Up?" says Chase.
"Yup, that's right. I go up against the leader in the points standings, Primal, to see who will take the lead for the Step Up Championship tournament. It's pretty exciting."
"I'm a huge fan of ECW and all that, Brandon, and I want to know, will we see a chairshot or two in this match? I WANT TO SEE BLOOD!!"
"Well, hey, you never know. Matches here could go in any direction, I mean, hey... If Primal pisses me off, I'll take a swing. No doubt about it. But, he's a tough competitor and it'll be a good match but I think I'll come out on top."
"How do you have so much confidence in yourself? I mean, from my years of watching wrestling, I know that anything can really happen."
"Well, Chase, it's simple. In those years, you never watched the man with the caliber of skill and technique as me step foot in the ring. That's what I do, and that's what I will do. Primal is just another step in the road. He'll be tough but again, not too tough for me."
"Do you see yourself as Step Up Champion? If so, who will you beat for it?"
"Tyler, since I got into MPW... I've been saying the same thing over and over. And that is that I will be MPW World Heavyweight Champion. Now, it may not happen as soon as I would have hoped, but I will become that champion everyone wants to see and hate."
The DJs chuckle a bit and move on.
"You mentioned the MPW World Heavyweight Championship... Now this past week you attacked the new and actually first MPW Champion, Trey Baxter... Why?"
"Well Chase, I thought it was sort of obvious. Ever since I came here, the guy has been bad mouthing me like a two year old on Twitter. Guy hasn't said anything to me in person so I took action."
"Do you think he wants revenge? Haha, I know I would!"
"God I hope so."
There are laughs throughout the studio.
"Chase Freeman and Tyler Plotnicki on LVSTR for those of you who are just joining us, we are on air with MPW Superstar, Brandon Nytrus. Brandon, back to the match this coming week, are you excited to be in the main event, nervous?"
"Well, the average man would definitely be anxious, nervous, all of those emotions, Chase. But I feel like I belong there, and would you feel nervous or any of those emotions knowing you're going into somewhere you belong? No, so I just thought it was only a matter of time that I was back to the main event of some show or anything. I don't have the most fans to enjoy it with but to be honest, I really don't care about the people in the audience. They don't really appeal to me as much as they do to some people like Chicken, you know? Too much wasted energy on complete strangers. So, why not make them hate me? That's where I feel comfortable. Where people hate me so much, they come to me and tell me things to my face so we can handle things like men."
"So you enjoy the nickname 'The Most Hated Man In Professional Wrestling'?"
"I don't mind it, Tyler, no. Does it get to me? Nah. Does it drive a thorn in my side to know that people think of me that way? No, of course not. It's all the way people act. Most people are idiots. They don't get me, that's why they hate me. There's a saying that kids in my old high school would always say it would be, 'Don't hate me, because you ain't me.', and that's where my attitude towards those people comes from."
"Okay, we're going to open up the phones for Brandon for about 5 minutes, call in and ask Brandon some questions before he leaves, 1-888-67LVSTR, or 1-888-675-8787. We've got a caller from Greater Falls, Montana."
The caller is a woman, sounds like in her early 40s.
"Yeah, hi Brandon. I just want to know why you go up to people in the crowd and knock the cups of popcorn out of their hands? It's disrespectful."
"Listen, lady... Grow up on the South End of Boston and tell me what disrespectful is. I've seen things your kids have nightmares about."
"Next caller is from right here in Las Vegas."
This caller is a man, seems to be younger, maybe mid to late 20s.
"Hey Brandon, big fan. Just asking, when will you really become MPW Champion?"
"Very good question, kid. And the answer to it is when Trey Baxter finally realizes how bad he sucks and hands the title over to me."
"Our final caller is from Reno, Nevada."
"This is a question for Tyler and Chase, why do you guys waste your time on meaningless talent like this chump?"
"Meaningless? You're joking right? Take your ass back home so your wife can spank you a little more you pansy. I'd like to see you drive your trash green 1999 Grand Am up here to say that to my face so I can smash your head through this microphone I'm talking to you through you little rat."
The two DJs laugh at the display from Nytrus.
"That's about all the time we have left here on LVSTR for you, Brandon. Thanks for stopping by and good luck tomorrow night! NOW GET OUT!! Haha..."
"Haha, luck is for losers, Ty. I'm a winner. Skill, is for winners. And that's what I got. Peace. Love. Rock and roll.
You can hear the headset being put down on the table in front as Brandon makes his way over to Tyler to shake hands and exchange phone numbers so they can text.
After he makes his way over to the cute intern and starts to flirt with her.
"We'll be back with more news around the Las Vegas community after this, keep the calls coming, ladies and germs. 1-888-67LVSTR. That's 1-888-675-8787. I'm Chase Freeman, that's Tyler Plotnicki, we'll be back, right after this!"[/b]
