Ok obviously you have read the results by now if you haven't then here is the link.

First off to those of your that roleplayed or failed to make it but were gracious enough to contact us I thank you. YOU are the people that make MPW what it is. Without you WE cannot enjoy this wonderful experience.
Now what I want to address here is the fall off in actual total activity since we had our first PPV. I understand we all have lives. September is tough as school starts for many and finding the time is hard. But also know this. The two owners of this site have jobs
John works full time everyday 9 to 6 and obviously has his own outside life that he juggles yet he still week after week manages to devote the time necessary to make MPW a success.
Myself (Josh) I help run a business with my father in law which does require me to be out working as much as John which is why I tend to be around more often. But I also have a family of my own and a house which I have to up keep yet every Monday I know to devote practically my whole day to give you the best damn card possible thats worthy of your roleplays.
Lately this has not been happening. This week especially. Let's put an idea into the time it takes me (not to mention the match writers that help as well.) But when I sit down at the computer to start these results its an all day affair. I have to manually input all the html code to colorize the results. To me it adds a nice organized touch to the reader. I write out a layout on which segments go where right down to when commercial breaks are taken. MY job is too bring a sense of realism to you that when you are ready these cards hopefully it feels like you are watching it live.
But when we get showings like this it makes me lose my motivation to put in this equal amount of time. Because if you cant pay myself or John the courtesy of not messaging us in any way or at least attempt to get a roleplay up then why do we need to devote our time week after week.
If you are having issues its simple. PM us, email, post on the Discussion Board or even the chat about what issues you are having. You want a deadline extension? You got it! We are very approachable and very understanding.
John and I LOVE running MPW. Until recently you guys have made our job harder result wise but also a hell of a lot more enjoyable.
Now under no way shape or form are we closing MPW....if that thought ever crept into your heads. It's not happening. I personally have paid for the web site space just so John can work his magic and give you the site that you all deserve to have and not some pre-fabbed layout.
You may say "well its your money" or "we didn't ask you to spend your money" and no you didn't but think of the reasoning behind it. I did it to show just how devoted we are to MPW. John worked for 3 straight weeks to get that web site up and running fully and is constantly adding new features. Why? because we want to show you all that we are not some lazy owners that show up once a week and post results and next weeks preview.
Careful thought is put into everything that we do and all we have ever asked is for the same in return. So now there is a new policy going into place in MPW.
If we see no Intro roleplay as a new member you DO NOT get a match. Several new apps have no showed completely without reason and this is not something we take likely whatsoever.
Next week we have Fusion. The rosters have been split into who will be mainly featured on what show. This is not a brand split by any means as you will cross brand into show from time to time but NEVER double booked. This roster split will be announced this week.
Now with Fusion being next week it feels like new life. IT's exciting we are adding the second show and everything is fully organized basically and ready to go.
If you took anything I said here out of context or personal then those are your issues and yours alone. If you don't like it tough shit. We run MPW.....we just expect the same respect we give you guys. If you can't respect us enough for that even well than maybe you are not the best fit for MPW. Our core roster is amazing and we would not trade that for the world. AT ALL! I talk to many of you on a regular basis. We recently added Kuk and TJ for instance and they have fit in absolutely amazing. I could not ask for easier guys to deal with that were new signees.
For people that are not booked on certain weeks it doesn't mean don't check in on the site until the following week. Get involved in our awesome community through the chat or on the DB's! Also just because you are not booked in a match doesn't mean that you can't write a segment for me to submit on the show or you can do a storyline rp or CD rp. Part of the MPW experience that people love so much is our community. You definitely should feel like you are apart of something special when you are here. Because it is.
I am going to end this by saying to the ones that roleplayed this week and to Trey Baxter and Freddie Styles. I appreciate that you all took the time roleplay or tell us why you couldn't. That shows the character that we want here week in and week out. I'm sorry personally that I could not give you the card that you deserved tonight. I promise to make it up to each and every one of you deserving MPW superstars next week at Fusion. But tonight I started writing and these words I just typed we in me and I had to get them out. This work you saw tonight was NOT MPW.
Now you can reply to this with your thoughts that's fine by us. We like to hear from all of you. I personally do not think we run a bad fed. Our best work goes into this week after week. We take care of problems before they happen. But if you are lagging and find this fed no longer enjoyable for you than by all means visit our affiliates section or look somewhere else because honestly if you cannot fit in here it'll be damn hard to fit in anywhere else.
Thanks for your time and again to those of you this week that were your usual awesome selves. We personally thank you for being MPW!
